  • FDR came into office when the great depression was at its worse in 1933

  • I'm fuckign tired of hearing MSNBC and Fox and this dumbass Cenk blast each other because really in the end they all sound absolutely retarded. Political polarity is killing our country. I think we need something to rally our people together again. This division cannot stand like a divided house. What happened to reporting news instead of biased and spun crap.

  • @BrandonSchleifer No it's not just you. Unfortunately there are lots of you dumb ass Obama freaks.

  • Comment removed

  • what? no.. no that was Roosevelt.. not Coolidge.. it wasn't.. it wasn't him who fixed the crisis, what are you talking about?

  • Ron Paul 2012

  • RON PAUL 2012

  • ANY one with the exception of Ron Paul would make a better President than Obama. Only the young turks could be so uneducated on so many issues as to form a series of Youtube farce videos that communicates their unter lack of any intellectual depth. Once you guys get an education on REAL American History not that progressive re-writes to suit an agenda. Then make a video. You guys are unfit to undo Ms. Bachmann's strap on her high heels.

  • @ErichH68 and you're an ignorant cunt

  • @ErichH68 You sound like your ass is almost as sore as Marcus Bachmans lol.

  • @ErichH68 Fuck you and fuck Michele "Manface" Bachmann. I wish you two would hold hands and throw yourself on a bonfire after dousing yourself in petrol.

  • 0:00 hope this helps

  • I hope the US elects this moron. It'll at least would be good for a laugh. Could you imagine her dealing with sophisticated foreign dignitaries or having to lead the US military. It's literally a joke, sadly not a funny one.

  • @Phantus00 totally agree with you, we"ll confuse the smartest people of the world with our dumb moron

  • So she represents ignorant people!

smh. stop putting her back in office!

  • not to mention the recession in the early twenties was nowhere near as bad as '29 wall street crash...Bachmann you have derped again!

  • This lady is ridiculously stupid

  • TYT the over opinionated network. Its news mixed with opinion. Its not journalism but I it like when people rip on dumbasses in politics.

  • LMFAO!!!!! the hoot smalley act. hilarious

  • The funny thing is, SNL does not have to make up their own lines when they make fun of the republicans.

  • SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU FAT FUCK! YOU NEVER SAY THE TWO SIDES OF THE STORIES! YOU UNPROFESSIONAL FUCK! IT WAS A JOKE THAT BACHMANN!

  • @omgmono someone is raging

  • the young turks are a bunch of crybaby liberals.

  • Republic strategy:

    1. Breed ignorance

    2. Get votes by appealing to the ignorant

    3. Wash and repeat

It's a horrible thing to do, but you can't deny that it's very effective.

  • @mchandler2112 haha

  • I learned this from watching "Feris Bueller's Day Off"

  • I hate all theRepublican candidates so I would vote for Bachmann coz shes hott and I fancy her and want to see more of her on tv.

  • She is dumb and a dumbass but I love that sexy bitch.

  • Representative Michelle Bachmann, D. Jur LL.M. is smarter than any of those criticizing her.

  • Bachmann has tunnel vision !

We have to wait when she comes to the end tof the tunnel.

  • He's right, I'm not really in the same political camp as TYT, but it's hilarious watching them bashing Bachmann. She's like a damn robot always doing the dumbest thing you can.

  • Bachmann is a jew not a christian, shes just a patsy to make the zionists real contender look good thru her stupidity. Just another zionist scam in screwing up American politics.

  • @fugyoutoo Thumbs up for silly conspiracy theories.

  • @nebulacafe thumbs down for you not having a clue as to whats actualy happening under your nose.

  • @fugyoutoo No you fucking idiot she is a christian and once a member of the Salem Lutheran Church in Stillwater which was a evangelical church. Dumbass.

  • @yearsley1234 a pseudo christian church, either way she still fills the same role.

  • I'm embarassed to be on the same PLANET at Bachmann!

  • Is it just me, or is every Republican stupider than the last.

Michele Bachmann makes Sarah Palin look smart.

Sarah Palin makes George W. Bush look smart.

George W. Bush makes two-year-olds look smart.

  • @BrandonSchleifer Agreed! You got that right!!!!!

  • @BrandonSchleifer Ron Paul is a smart dude, he's repuplican right?

  • @yajo891

hes smart when it comes to foreign policy

  • @girlcalledaish but lacks...

  • @BrandonSchleifer woah!!!! That's pretty offensive to two year olds!!!!! >:(

  • @BrandonSchleifer

At this rate I bet Trig will be a republican politician when he grows up.

  • Attacking Bachmann for stupidity is sort of pointless, because being dim-witted and ignorant is in no way an obstacle to becoming the president. A lot of Americans prefer it, in fact, and are suspicious of people who are too obviously smart. They are more comfortable with the dim-bulbs, in part, because they they are more like themselves. W Bush proved all of this in being elected twice.

  • @JuanDeSoCal And so did Obama with the no Hope and no Change speeches

  • Michele may have bloopered when exposing Perry & the dangerous & toxic HPV vaccine but she saved many children from harm & death by calling attention to it. Check out her Face Book page & discover the facts. Scroll way back & see my posts, Marsha McClelland, to see for yourself. Oh, I am not the only one. Scour her wall & see how we are many. Educate yourselves by doing the proper research opposed to just beLIEving what we have been told.

  • @Mofmars333 I think you're the one that needs to do 'proper research'.

Only peer reviewed scientific journal articles please.

  • today, she says Obama is uneducated re: economics, so I'm putting this video on her facebook page under the subject

  • ding dong the witch is dead...oops too early.

  • Nope your glad you have a woman with big tits next to you.

    /watch?v=ZnIxgNucioA&feature=feedrec

    zzwww I would also.

  • has the us learnt nothing since palin, even bush? my god they wont stop until they have a fully fledged retard in office.

  • Education in Minnesota must be lacking if it produced this monstrosity

  • You are stupid...Bachmann is right!!!

  • @duisteve explain

  • WOW the roaring 20's was caused by America selling tons of food to a recovering Europe from World War 1 not by some republican president! She doesnt know history or politics!

  • @sauske419 It seems that your another libtard drone, chocked on the Kool Aid yet ??

  • The Young Turks are speeding global warming with all the hot air and Co2, thats being emitted from their mouths.....

  • @thehillbillyfever Yet they got wingbag bachmann here.

  • The problem is, giving her the benefit of the doubt that she's really just ignorant and not outright lying, her supporters obviously don't do any fact checking or they wouldn't be her supporters. She lies through her teeth and the knuckle-draggers eat it up like candy.

  • EVER FOUR YEARS THE ENLIGHTENED PART OF THE WORLD MICROWAVE SOME POPCORN AND WATCH WHAT JELLY BRAIN REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES WILL COME OUT OF THERE TRAILER AND RUN FOR PRES

  • cenk something that disappointed me was that you didnt mention was that FDR came into office during the great depression not before. helped the problems of the ppl and he had no hand in causing it

  • TheYoungTurks - Please don't play fair - don't play a strait bat - by charging the machine-guns with a swagger stick - playing fair is 'stupid - we are AT WAR - just because Michelle Bachmann is a somewhat Smoochy Hoopla (I made that up - I don't know what it means - someone help me)

Michelle delivers the 'facts' so confidently - she deserves the presidency - that's how far my thinking gets me

  • @OghamTheBold

I did not know who she was until a few minutes ago. But already I think she needs to be locked up in a mental institution.. I mean using Hurricane Irene and other disasters where people died as a joke is beyond ridiculous.

  • @OghamTheBold "Michelle delivers the 'facts' so confidently - she deserves the presidency - that's how far my thinking gets me".

Retards like you are the reason why the US is going backwards.

  • Never heard of MB until G2 (George Galloway) mentioned her

  • What is it with female republican presidents being so dumb... God, I hope she doesn't win.

  • @supermacsfanclub Hey STUPID !!!! If she was a republican president then she would have won!!!But since you have "Spearchucker" Bama as prez, I guess she did not win .. Please cut off your balls so that you cannot reproduce..

  • @MrFangole I meant "Canidates" And making something purely political into something disgusting, makes you a gross person. What does my opinion have to do with me reproducing? Why do you have to use a racial slur because of what I said? You sir, are the Dick Cheney of the political world.

  • @supermacsfanclub Look ur making it too easy for me to chop you down. Why the compliment ??

  • @MrFangole

    You're a fucking idiot.

  • @daftronome Now that is deep.. I can see you gave this allot of thought..

  • @MrFangole: Cenk has said many times and has made many comments condemning Islamic fundamentalism, as well as a few times mocked the Quran's verses. This leads me to think he is not pro-Muslim or anything. Only pro-truth...bringing to light racism or prejudice toward marginalized Arab or muslim people does not mean one has an Islamic agenda or anything absurd like that....

  • @EftahYaSemsem1991 Then have Cenk report the real truth, not right or left BS but the reality of what shit we are really in. Talk about the economy and why we are fucked, and what Bama should do to correct it. Talk to the CEO's of Fortune 500 and see what needs to be done. Drop the party line and wear a pair

  • @MrFangole: hahaha how is Cenk personally, or in any way responsible for the armenian genocide?? Why would you just automatically assume he is not disgusted by it?

  • @EftahYaSemsem1991 I am assume he is not disgusted every time I hear his voice. This turk should take his little Islam lefty views back to his homeland...

  • @MrFangole ....*puts face in palm*....

  • before you make fun of people, why don't you talk about the Armenians genocide by the turks, you spoiled overgrown turd..

  • @MrFangole Well when you side with the losing side, payback is a bitch. When the Russians invaded Turkey in WW1, the Armenians supported them (thus Turkish revenge) I am not saying its right, its just reality.

  • @b52gf16c Ohh so you wipe millions based on revenge, like Hitler on the Jews ??? So here we have a Race killer, talking about Progressive views?? Are you kidding me here!!!!! Get this hypocrite off the air and buried somewhere

  • WOW!

    Is she dumb!!!!!!!!!!

  • Adolf Hitler

    2012

    "YES WE CAN"...

  • Maybe she had a flashback from when she poked Smot ;-)

yeah, stumble, no big deal, lol, Nobody can know it all......

But yeah, when the spotlights on, get ur facts rt or TYT will Foke Pun at ya ;-)

  • American politics is a joke!

  • She can not manage a public toilet at all, but she is nominating to be president!

Hell yeah, here is future for States.

  • I suggest that everyone here messages the Bachmann, Obama, Perry, Romnet etc video channels and demands that they allow comments to be posted on their videos in the name of democracy.

  • How can someone so ignorant and straight from the bronze age be on the front line to represent a whole party and run for president of the United States?! As an European, I'm really shocked that the "greaatest nation on earth" is comprised of so many ignorants and so much ignorance.

  • apparently, this week she wished Elvis a happy birthday on the anniversary of his death and then commented in an interview that Americans fear the rise of the Soviet Union......what year is she living in?

  • if she becomes president she'll go from MILF to PILF

  • Ron Paul

    YES HE CAN

  • and ppl want her to be president WOW

  • Thenewmike-- to say the Tea Party is responsible for our downgrade is beyond absurd. US debt was downgraded because we spend too much money on failed liberal programs. SS, Medicaid and Welfare now accounts for 100% of total tax revenue and growing every year. Liberalism has destroyed the world's economy.

  • Ron Paul!

  • The Texas Moron, Romney, or bachmann, where the fuck do we dredge these morons up from ? Jeez

  • God save America!

  • It's like Howard Kunstler said... As soon as the "American Dream" comes under fire, we are going to see a lot of radicals running for office who provide nothing but short term solutions for problems to get votes. And the 20's were en example of what is wrong with our economy, it has potential to be unstable.

  • When is someone going to point out that ALL of this bullshite is a republicans fault? If is wasn't for bush (and I leave the cap off on purpose) NONE...NONE of this would be happening...the guy was a moron and he sold the average man out...hard working Americans lost their butts in A LOT of ways...now this idiot half bread cousin from the basement wants to run the country? If this phucking dumb kunt wins...I am moving to Canada

  • she is a phucking moron

  • who votes for these people?

  • i think michelle bachman just completed the Sarah Palin correspondence course for public speaking/ US History.. I think she was actually named student of correspondence class off June 2011. It's only a 23 page course, available in Cliffs Notes format.

  • Yeah, Bachmann made mistakes BUT, she was right in that Smoot-Hawley was a TERRIBLE trade bill, regardless of party affiliated with it. and was at least partially responsible for creating the Great Depression and the world trade war that followed it. FDR WAS responsible for prolonging the GD and even FDR's Treasury Sec. Morgenthau said, "After 8 years we have spent more than ever before and it hasn't worked, unemployment was were we started and all we have is an enormous debt to boot"

  • @samuraiconservative - The point is that now we are over the same barrel, after years of republican deregulation everything is falling apart, so do you really want a Senate Representative that doesn't even care enough to look up the facts before they make a speech? Do you really want a representative that doesn't seem to have a capacity to read to get the basic information correct? -and it's not like she doesn't have a staff to look this up for her, even her speech writer is a dumb ass

  • @Dahgrostabphri It was government's involvement in the housing market (not deregulation) that created the sub-prime loan fiasco. I'm not a big Bachmann fan (Ron Paul is my candidate), however, although she does often get minutia wrong, her conclusions are often (not always) correct. I agree. Bachmann is not what we need to address the worst economic and financial meltdown in U.S. history. Ron Paul is a much better choice to lead us through this debacle. We're quickly running out of time.

  • Is that worse than Obama traveling to all 52 states? I suppose anyone can make mistakes and how can that happen with the help of a teleprompter. Is that a sign of real intelligence? The list could go on and on. I hope Michelle hangs in there and shows the liberals how smart she really is.

  • @356dozer Yes it is worse. First, she said FDR started the great depression (anyone with a middle school education knows better) and thought that the twenties were called "roaring" because of the economy. Nope, it was the violence caused by prohibition. But more so, why do people keep supporting her? Why? What has she done that has ever impressed you? List her achievements, please. Oh wait, because she is attractive? If her or Palin looked like Janet Reno, they wouldnt be getting any press.

  • @356dozer Actually it is worse because the president said 57 rather than 47. Bachmann not only got the name wrong, she got all the facts wrong and blamed FDR who wasn't even president at the time. This is more than misspeaking, it is either lying about the facts or not knowing them.

  • hmmm what to say. First, this lets me know that if I am ever in the position of needing a tax lawyer, I do not want one with Bachman's credentials. Second, how does someone who clearly does not even know her own country and party's history graduate high school, let alone get elected to congress? How can someone that passed lawschool not know to check facts before speaking about them in a legal forum?

  • This guy does not know what he is saying, simply check on Google "john Wayne Iowa" is a patriotic person. Bachmann is right.

  • Hope the press checks up on her..

  • Is this a pattern? Repub derails our economy and Democrat always tries to fix it while they are hearing Repub whining.

  • @ji94552 It's not really about Repub or Dem...it's about the size and scope of Government... Reagan Ignited growth by limiting government...Bill Clinton continue to limit government (welfare reform) and perpetuated growth..Bush Jr and Obama both blew the top out of the federal budget...the government spending bubble is even worse than the housing bubble. It will hurt when is pops, but the longer we wait, the more it hurts.

  • @ji94552 Yeah, seems to be pretty consistant.

  • The depression actually happened before FDR became president. It was Hoover's futher deregulation that exacerbated the problem. Everyone knows this, I know it and I am not even an American. AMERICA WAKE UP!!!! We in Britain are worried by your turn to the extreme right. I am certain the founding fathers would be turning in their graves....

  • @boydni Actually, our Framers would be astounded how much power we gave back to government after they fought a revolution to Limit government. What you call "extreme right" is really just the ideas that localities can handle their affairs better than central government, and it is a good idea to not spend more than you produce. Seems pretty moderate to me.

  • @verno002

Not so sure about that. I tend to associate "extreme right" with the herd of Chistian nutters trying to push their beliefs through politicking. Crazy right wingers are tolerable. Blending them with Christianity is where it gets frightening.

  • @Apathyist Politics makes for strange bed fellows. I was responding to Boydni who said that the current debates in America were an example of America turning to the extreme right. The current debate has little to do with Social Conservativism and everything to do with Fiscal Conservativism. The media paints the Tea Party as extremist, but they are only asking to fix Federal Spending which is now running $114Trillion in unfunded liabilities. No level of taxation will pay for that.

  • @verno002

Wrong. Watch a tea party speech or rally. You have NO idea, lol.

  • @Ryakki LOL...nope...you're wrong buddy...I've been to several Tea Party rallies....they resemble Libertarians more than any other group. Which is why candidates like Ron Paul appeal to them. Their common agenda is simply fiscal conservatism that falls in line with the founding principles of our country. You seem to be drinking the kool-aide =)

  • @verno002

Yup, drinking the cool aid of watching the news and you tube videos of the tea party and them being all fanatically religious... and complaining about the debt but without much understanding or any good ideas. they're about as informed as Bachman.

  • @Ryakki The Tea Party has a very good understanding of the economy and how to fix it.. Unfortunately you are too side tracked by when you receive your welfare check and your state funded meds..

  • @verno002 Problem is man, the people who rode in the "tea party wave" are religious fundamentalists. I do think most tea partiers are as you say they are, but the politicians representing the tea party ARE just pandering to them. If tea partiers truly support Ron Paul, then why (FOR THE LOVE OF GOD) aren't we seeing him more often than Palin or Bachmann? The tea party sounded cool at its inception, then got quickly highjacked by the likes of Palin.

  • @davidrzr Wow, great response. I agree with almost all of it. Politicians from every side are excellent at pandering to whoever will get them elected. That's democracy =) I just hope that they pander to the Fiscal Conservative side of the TeaParty. Unfortunately, they must also pander to Social conservatives to get elected. I'm an agnostic person who vehemently supports the TeaParty because they're right about the role of government. I AM a bit wary of my political bedfellows who thump bibles.

  • @verno002 Now that I definitely agree with. By your definition I would be a tea party member too. But the main problem is, at least on the republican/conservative side of politics, tax deductions/economy/jobs are always a hot issue, then these guys get into office and it is just abortion and gay rights stuff. Sooner or later we must push these social issues aside as they are taking precedent over the fiscal health of our country.

  • @verno002

I thought the media painted the Tea Party as extremists because of the repeated examples of racism and xenophobia from their ranks.

The debate of the moment is fairly irrelevant in either case. The same people are profiting no matter who's sitting in the "big chair".

  • @verno002

Profiteering is probably a more accurate term. The problem is with capitalism as a whole, not government.

  • @Apathyist "The problem is with capitalism...not government"??? That statement exposes ignorance of an astonishing level. You cannot have individual freedom without economic freedom; they are married to one another. Capitalism is reality in default. I would usually try to express my view totally in a private message. However, I do not have the time to assemble the mush that you call a brain into a semblance of reason. The task would be foreboding. =)

  • @verno002

In what way does the statement that the problem is inherent to Capitalism prohibit my encouraging economic freedom? I did not state that Capitalism is wrong. Just that it's flawed, because human beings are corrupt and greedy and will abuse the system.

  • maybe she meant a small hootenanny act, where those with small dicks get a 20 percent tax increase.

  • The bitch should be dumped in the water tank for being such a drunk slut, lucky she didn't say kool aid instead of Coolidge.

  • If I'm missing an inside joke forgive me, but Bachmann's ''standing in a fog of her inability to Google" is somewhat rivaled by the transcriptionist's highly eccentric interpretation on Michele's flight of creative history.

  • KEEP RUNNING KEEP RUNNING

OBAMA HAS IT IN THE BAG

    TEA BAGGERS ARE TOAST

  • 2009??! Apparently no-one in that district ever watched this show, or grew a brain!

  • The new PC term for the mentally challenged is Bachman American.

  • growing up, i admired the USA....but now, I'm wondering if your country always had wackos running for office and actually getting support...the fact that people actually support people like Bachmann and Palin is scary

  • @MoDeeSeventyThree-Seems like they have a little common sense, which is something our last two presidents had never shown. America has been a fascist country for many years...I don't think you ever knew much about America.

  • @eternalperchedbird you still produce some great television though.......;)

  • @MoDeeSeventyThree - You must be a "category A" or "category B" cultural Marxist.

  • @AbsoluteMonarchist you must be someone who doesn't make sense on a regular basis

  • @MoDeeSeventyThree I detest these whackos and they are embarrassing to this country, but we never had anybody this bad before 10 years ago. Quayle didn't get in. Nixon was unstable, scary, and a bigot, but brilliant.

  • @MrNicMachiavelli I don't think anyone can accuse some random Canadian of being biased, the fact that I can see how plainly idiotic and downright frightening these candidates are is telling

  • @MoDeeSeventyThree The problem is religion alot o Right wing candidates get support from God and country bigots. Example Mike Huckabee is supported by Chuck norris and they all believe in having a bible replacing a science textbook. This is a real video look for it. What they dont really want to say is that the founding fathers were theist and believed religion could corrupt the government. Game set and match.

  • @MoDeeSeventyThree and not to mention those who put Obama in office

  • @MrFangole i don't get it

  • @MoDeeSeventyThree I'll make you a promise. America will vote OBAMA2012. We'll get our glory back. Give us a few years.

  • @blahmehblah1 what is an idot?

  • @blahmehblah1 this "idot" cannot even spell idiot....democrats are IDIOTS!!!!!

  • Michelle B. perfectly embodies the image of the stupid and ignorant American. There won't be any support from Europe for her, nobody wants her here!

She wants to kick out Obama and make him a "one-term president"? She will probably fail and make herself a "never-term president", hopefully!

Are her simple truths & mendacity the new "American dream"?

Oh dear, she should just spare the world her silly bullshit & get lost !!!

    A European voice

  • Recession under Coolidge? She must be referring to the recession after WW l when it was Wilson then Harding.

  • You forgot one of the funniest parts: Hoover was from Iowa, too. This dumb bitch is from Waterloo (which is near where I currently live) and she won't leave us the hell alone.

  • Why is she still talking....... Man she would be an annoying Girlfriend! Lol

  • The thought that someone just a bit more to the center ideologically would be an alternative is a frightening thought.....

  • Bachmann's statement is also interesting, considering the stock market crash took place in 1929. Obviously this happened under Hoover, who continued Coolidge's deregulatory policies. One of Hoover's solutions was "Mexican Repatriation", incredibly vile. Anyways, since FDR won the "32 election and took office in '33, five years after the market crash; how exactly is FDR responsible for leading us into the Great Depression?

  • @ChomskyandCheetos The first recession she was talking about was after WW 1 and had nothing to do with Coolidge

  • @DawnOfTheDead991

No, she said FDR led us into the Great Depression. She was not talking about the minor recession after WWI. How did you interpret that? Her speech was about the Smoot-Hawley Act (which is Cenk said, was under Hoover.) and the Great Depression, which she was basically claiming was caused Keynesian policies under FDR.

  • @ChomskyandCheetos She also said something about a recession under Coolidge which I assumed she meant Harding

  • @DawnOfTheDead991

Yeah, and technically Wilson was still president in the midst of that recession. So, she was actually only two presidents off. lol!

  • @ChomskyandCheetos At that point, he was almost dead with a stroke. His wife was almost running the country

  • @DawnOfTheDead991

True. He died a few years after the end of WWI.

  • @DawnOfTheDead991

I'm sorry, I guess I'm not following the comment. Are you saying Bachmann missed the mark? You're right, Coolidge was not in office during that recession. That's a good point, I missed that.

  • The ONLY thing Mrs. Bachmann knows for sure, is that she has a base of racist Tea Party supporters, willing to support her regardless of what she says as long as her comments end with "lets make Obama a 1 term President" She doesn’t care about or try to know the facts, because she knows who is listening to her…low information people still carrying their KKK membership cards from the 60s to the "new" 2011Tea Party rallies.

  • @thenewmike2012 - Couldn't have said it better! Bachmann doesn't even try to hide her racism. I have watched her talk on the House Floor, (C-Span), and for the 1/2 hour she is talking you feel like you took a hit of LSD cause you are sure you just hallucinated everything she said. She starts out with health care reform and ties it to the Iraq war and then some other issue because by then you are in some kind of zone that you have never been before. Michele, my sweet! You are a twisted sister!

  • @phillipmarch22 Im pretty sure that once the heat turns up in the kitchen and ALL of her strange comments start to get national attention, she will slowly but surely fade back into the woodwork, where she belongs.
