The video isn't implying that Wolf had an affair with Red Riding Hood. If you read the description it says that 18 years has passed since the end of the original series. So it's Wolf and Virginia's son who is in love with the descendant of Red Riding Hood.

I think I first found this movie at Hollywood video. I had never heard of it. I had cable and everything. I love these kinds of movies.. Much like James Bond movies the story seems to go on and on forever but you never lose interest. Anyway,viewed it the first time years ago and was tempted to steal the movie.. hee, hee but then they had a copy for sale on dvd. I bought it immediatly. Now my 6 yr old is watching it for the 80th time this week. Great Movie. I wish for the sequal 2bas awsome . :)

They made The 10th Kingdom to be a tv mini series. Before they began to film the movie, they made the book, too. However, if you watch the movie in comparison to the book, there is a change in character from the Acorn to the Goblin (I can't remember his name) simply because of one actor being more popular.

There is no sequel. If you research, there was the idea of making a sequel, but nothing was actually formed. It's been this way for years. =/

The sequel would be amazing, from the plan Simon Moore had it seems like fun. It's hard to see it coming out though since it's been a long time and Kimberly Williams-Paisley said she doesn't want to get roped into a project that would cause her to take time away from her two sons.

They should just make a novelization of the book for us fans.

Unfortunately, it would seem that a sequel is never to be. Simon Moore was prepared to do a continuation of 10th Kingdom, however, initial ratings of the show were low and therefore the idea of a sequel was dropped. There are a load of fanfic, but no true sequel.

Red Riding Hood, remember? Then there's also the fairytail of Snow White and Rose Red but I don't remember if that one was included in the tenth kingdom series or not. Anyway, I believe "House of Red" or "House of Wolves" (or something like that) was/is the working title for a planned sequel....Red Riding Hood doesn't trust wolves and for good reason.

This is wonderful. I've loved this show since it aired the first time in 2000.  Even now, nearly 10 years later, people are still talking about it. I really hope that somebody will step up to the plate to approach Simon Moore about buying the rights to 10K so as to produce the sequel. This is so good that it's not going away and if it hasn't by now, I can't see that it ever would.
