so random guys pretty much stand next to spinning letting you pick them up for you to throw them at the blades or at other guys, exploding regardless. kinda looks like a cheap blood game, though the black and white's cool and I've seen nice moves in boss fights in boss fights.

It has several reason. It's a tribute to Sin City, it allows to make the game look good even on the Wii Hardware, it makes the splatter more unrealistic and its some kind of "art", etc etc

The game does not have wifi. But it does have local multiplayer, where you can play with someone else. I'm not sure if this is the same as the single player or not, I have no tried it.
