  • Sorry your panic attacks are worse. Try this technique that works for me. Get a watch with a second hand.. Count the number of breaths you breathe in 15 seconds. Do this for two minutes. At the end of the two minutes, you will be amazed at your slower pace of breathing. Also remember that you are not going to die from a panic attack. Any technique you can find to either relax you (such as counting your breaths) or to change your anxious thoughts will help! Good luck! And congratulations, Mom!

  • My positive thoughts and energy are with you! So happy to hear that your little one is okay, that's great! Just take things one day at a time honey, that's all you can really do. Believe me, I know how it goes with this stupid Agoraphobia and anxiety. I wish you all the best, and stay strong!

  • I am back with thinking how wonderful this is with your husband and baby. I am almost in tears ... I would love to have children myself, but I'm getting older and older (the year when I originally set my deadline has long past) and I am not sure a woman will ever love me enough to "forgive" me my anxieties, to look more on my positive sides. So it is very nice to hear it can work - maybe it is a bit "easier" for a woman, at least so is the cliché, but I won't give up hope ...

  • I have been reading about and experimenting with different psychotherapy methods. The ones you get here in Germany (unless you work for the government or military or are wealthy enough to afford it as a private client) are all bigtime bs and internationally they are regarded unscientific effectless crap. So I read up on for instance hypnosystemic therapy, which looks REALLY good. I have overcome many of my hypochondric anxieties with it already, and slowly explore agoraphobia with it too.

  • Hi you, I am so glad you made this video! I only yesterday(!) thought about you and how you might be. Congratulations so much on the love and marriage and on having a baby!!!

I hear you there about not being able to go to the hospital when you little boy was ill. Years ago, the last time I was in the mountains, I suffered a major attack and could not reach the point where my best friend had collapsed from diabetic insulin overdose. Luckily, others could help him. Still, a major shock for me.

  • This is sad. You're so young but your life is slipping away by this illness. At my worst, when i was room bound, my son was only 9 months old. It's so tough trying to be a good mum as well as dealing with panic attacks.

I am RUBBISH still at going out alone, i just can't do it, but i have got better with going further in the car. I hate to see a beautiful young girls life taken from her because of this illness.

  • I have agoraphobia. You really should practice going out. Your universe CAN get bigger.

  • I'm glad to here your okay.. Congrats on your little one too!. =) I myself am Agoraphobic and it can be very diffuclt, at times. And very diffuclt for people to understand. Thanks for the update miss, i hope to see more. Much love and respect.

  • I'm so glad you made a new video because i wanted to see if you were ok and doing well. :)

And i bet your baby is so gorgeous and you look great.

When my dad died a few months ago and with me being agoraphobic i had to go to the hospital with him at night and it was just the worst so i know how your feeling i guess.

    xx
