Nice technique but i find using these trick shots is really hard online because no matter what the enemy has to be as "in the middle" of your crosshairs as possible. Not so easy when your playing online because obviously no1 is gunna be standing in one spot for you. But it could be really helpful in sniper lobbies or just private match with your friends. I don't really know how to no scope but it took you a few tries to kill the person but I use marksmen, I try to no scope by zooming in (tapping the zoom in button) and fire right when the crosshairs come together. nice vid anyways 5/5

What you describe is called "Quick scoping" you tap the zoom button and when the crosshair apear you shoot :)

ACOG's dont increase damage, it's a scope..

And aiming increase's bullet penetration because of the accuracy, alot of the time when you have bad accuracy your bullet goes on a angle, which mean's it will NOT penetrate as well..

this is a g-shot technically, on the g-shot you move left then right (or vice versa) then when the cross hairs pull back together you fire. His technique he is just crouching/laying down then when the crosshairs are back to normal he fires

Offbased answer. First off - The M40A3 is the most accurate bolt-action rifle, and so declaring that it would have the most aim without aiming. (Point Blank shot as i like to call it)

Onbased Answer - The ACOG scope allows the player to fire incredibly more accurate at a point blank shot. Try it, it really works. NOTE: YOU WILL NOT GET SHOTS ON TARGET 100 PERCENT OF THE TIME!

WRONG ANSWER- A normal M40A3 with a scope IS indeed the same (if not a little less) accurate at point blank. HOWEVER, the ACOG scope makes no difference in damage. It is used to aim quicker to take out close targets without the risk the the target moving out of the way of the sniper. With the full sniper scope you have a much higher chance of aiming over the target, however with the ACOG scope you have alot better chance of aiming right on the target.

noo, ACOG on the M40 increases damage from 70 to 75, which makes, with stopping power, every part of the body a one hit kill, as long as the bullet doesn't end up having to penetrate any walls or anything. although hip fire accuracy is exactly the same with both scopes. the reason most no-scopers use ACOG is for the damage boost.

but the only way to accurately learn a technique for no scoping is noticing how many bullets it takes them to get the shot.

for example, when you see the barrett, it has 42 bullets remaining. \this means basically that it took him about 18 shots.
