  • Dang..your horse is fast !!!!

  • awww hehe they all started before you and yur horse was like whooosh and went straight past them!:p

  • Your horse is fast.

  • Suprised you didnt drop the camera

  • looks great, check out 'orchard farm beach ride', its truly awsome!

  • looks great, check out 'orchard farm beach ride', its truly awsome!

  • Oh Boy Oh Boy! I saw this and thought -I have to have a go. I got myself a Clydesdale and believe me, you ain't never ridden a real horse until you ride one of these. Best horse in the world and mine does dressage-all 18hands of him!!!!!

  • oooohhhhhh wobbly canter/gallop lol

  • your horse is winning!! XD

  • I love galloping! I did it by accident the first couple of times! Nice horses 2

  • I LOVE to gallop! I've galloped on the beach before but on a pony. :p

  • Comment removed

  • HOW DID YOU GALLOP ON A CLYDSDALE AND HOLD THE CAMRERA?????

  • i just went to the website....going to book a vacation for next year!!!

  • At 1:06, did his numnah slip forward?

  • @Lagocephalus That's his saddle bag :)

  • @GainingBananas

Ah, yes, I see it now. Thank you for clarifying :)

  • so beautiful. I do enjoy shires and clydesdales.

  • You were holding a camra. and you were going faster then everyone O.o impressive ;)

  • Omg that's sooo cool!!!

  • I've done this with my Clydesdales :D And they drive, and they do itsy bitsy jumps.

I love them to death <3

  • Oh my gosh!! I've ALWAYS wanted to ride on a beach...especially gallop! And the fact that they're Clydesdales makes it even worse...JEALOUSY!

  • Magnificent^^

  • Can you do this without the knowledge of riding a horse? It's been my dream ever since I was little to gallop on a horse for a long distance. :')

  • @FMAfanFMA Oh yeah, totally. People who waste thousands of dollars on lessons learning how to ride are just throwing money away. Galloping without knowledge of riding, psh. Must be easy. Do it, I beg you. And make a video of it for us. Hell, do it bareback! Who needs to actually know how to ride? Just jump on and do it for us, no knowledge required.

...I'll be sure to sign your cast(s) and tell you what the shapes of your many bruises might comically resemble.

  • @superalphabetsoup Why'd you have to be so sarcastic? That person was just asking an innocent question.

    WHA!?! U MAD?

  • @dertrix37 Stupid question, sarcastic answer. Lolumadbro?

  • @superalphabetsoup Iaintevenmadbro...

  • haha, ...I'll be sure to sign your cast(s) and tell you what the shapes of your many bruises might comically resemble.

  • @superalphabetsoup You're my hero. <3

  • @superalphabetsoup sheesh, take it easy... :L

  • @superalphabetsoup Any reason you got so offended? It was just a question, sheesh...

  • @FMAfanFMA Oh no! Absolutely not! You need to know how to ride a horse or you'll get VERY hurt!

  • @FMAfanFMA Take lessons first otherwise you could really hurt yourself. Riding safely takes a lot of practice. This is why if you ever go to those for-hire trail and beach rides you can't even go into a trot and their is always a lead horse. You would be on a follower horse. This is also why they ask you what your skill level is because not every horse is good for every person. It took me a year just to get use to moving with my horse properly.

  • @FMAfanFMA nope. you should have 1 year of horse riding knowledge to do anything like this :)

  • I done that once. It's an amazing feeling. :)

  • i've done this twice now :D, its proper amazing like!

  • klip clop klip clop x7

  • wow that looks soo awesome :D

  • what breed is your horse??

    that you are riding

  • This is my dream :( riding on the beach :(

  • Wow, did that cause a tsunami five minutes later? Look at those big guys go!

  • pretty cool ... but there are other breeds of horses that are much faster ... nice video :)

  • I...am...so....jealous! -.- I want to ride on a beach too Dx but I've been riding through deep snow, that was awesome :D

  • the sound of all their hooves is very therapeutic :)

  • wow, your horse is verry fast :D

clydesdale hoses look so cute ! i wants one :)!

    verry good vid ;)!

  • You got some big balls dude! To gallop on a Clydesdale, then turn around and zoom in on your buddies? Hardcore.

  • der sieht aus wie mein pferd

  • This looks SOO fun xD

  • Brilliant :-) How on earth did you manage to film while galloping!! impressive x

  • gawd i love heavy horse so much!

so much power in them. I rid a Cob and he is absolutely gorgeous, although he is the only horse on the stables (and there is a thoroughbred too) that will randomly go off into gallop. ;)

its rather fun once i think about it 8DD

  • That looks like so much fun!

Your draft horses would leave my Thoroughbred in the dust. xD

  • how r u video taping it?????

  • why is she out of breath???? the horse was the one running

  • @bulldog111111 if you rode horses, then you'd know..it takes a whole lotta effort from the people tooo..

  • @mackkhorse

    (Y) ALOT of effort ;D

  • your horse is faster that the others nice video :p

  • looks Fun :D x

  • hahah so funny.

  • i WANT one, how MUCH are they ?!

  • @ImportedBarbie And be aware, they cost a lot to keep - they eat like elephants. They also cost a LOT more to shoe, and they need larger stables than an ordinary sized horse if you intend on keeping them in. So they do cost a lot I'm afraid!!!

  • im gooing here sometime and im only 4 ft 9ish

  • awesome!

  • This is one of my favorite horse videos. Those big guys have such power and steadiness. I have no doubt they are fast, anything that size is going to build momentum!

  • OHHHHH im so jelous!! I want to gallop on a beach!! Its bout the only place i have never ridden! Cool vidd!!!

  • @TheCowgirrl03 MYGOD if you ever get the chance grab it with both hands.

Then galllop. I always think it's a bit of a waste if you canter- you could be galloping!!! XD

  • OMG, This is sooo nice to see!! I ride a pair of Clydesdales that I helped break in as three year olds, and I've been bringing them both on since (rising six now, with our first shows last summer) - and they can get up SOME speed! They can keep up with the fastest horses on the yard, they never want to go fast when in front tho... I blame the long legs (17.2hh and 18hh, so on the big side for Clydesdales). It is SO fun riding heavy horses, but scary when they have their youngster moments!!!

  • @vforvenditation i WANT one, how MUCH are they ?!

  • @ImportedBarbie Like with any breed of horse, it depends on the quality of the animal. A show quality Clydesdale with good paces, good conformation and a pedigree can set you back a bit - the pair of youngsters I ride were £7500 each, but are very good quality. However, we got them as two year olds, and unbroken, so a top quality animal that is a bit older and more experienced could be more... but crossbreeds or non-show standard horses can work out cheaper and just as lovely to own.

  • lol it seeemed like u were more tired then the horse! haha

  • so jealous, would love to ride a heavy horse! awesome video :)

  • i am always galloping on my horse at the beach but i always break my camera when trying to video how did you do that?

  • aaaaahhh I would love to do this what an amazing experience it must be!!!

  • I love beach rides :D Never tried filming though :D Love it when the wind is rushing and you can hear is whistling in your ears :D I have blanket appaloosa connemara and some other ponies but would love a clydesdale, how are they? Do you have to be heavy handed and strong or are they quite willing and easy to control? Mum wants to buy a clydesdale but the one she rode was hard to control (:

  • Beach rides are amazing! I've done it a few times and loved every minute of it!

  • this is my dream to ride a horse on a beach before i die

  • Wow - you have guts!! (in a good way!) I would be way too scared to try that!! Especially when holding a camera ;-D

  • i have been there and galloped but i have never been on a beach ride. Yet :)

  • What an envy!

Next ride please invite me too!!! haha

  • Awwwww I love Clydeys! I really want a big clumper...I have a Leopard Appy and two Thoroughbreds but it is just not the same as owning a big pony like these!

  • Heavu horses can run as fast as saddle ones...

  • Where abous is that ?

  • is that allonby beach? i take my horse there :)

  • ive done thaaat!

  • wow your horse has some speed, and well done for filming this, :D

  • Imagine the 14th century, 100+ armord horses and knights going full tilt, the noise ofthem comming b4 you even see them, shaking the earth.

  • wow they loved that :) heavy horses are fab

  • I love clydes and all but they are so freakin' huge that it's just funny to watch them gallop.

  • My appy x clyde would woop your horses asses !

  • thats amazing :D

  • lots of clydsdales. Tip- Never run from wet sand to dry sand. I know someone who did that, her horse fell , broke his leg and they had to put it down right there.

  • youre horse is FAST

  • wow that looks reall fun

  • a Seabuiscut moment ;D

  • I sooo want to come to cumbria and ride on the clydesdales i think they are beautiful!!

  • i am going on holiday and i am going to gallop on the beach

  • i want one so bad!

  • very beautiful animals and i love the beach and watchin horses gallop on them

  • wow. That was AMAZING!

  • thats more of a gallop

  • imma fav this vid its so beautiful !!!! :D

  • i did this once when i was on vacation i galloped on an arabian horse down the beach with nothing on but my bikini and some shorts, and without saddle...that was a fun thing to do, i just felt so FREEEEE :)

if i lived near a beach, i would gallop my horse on it every day :)

  • this looks very fun!

  • arent they GORGEOUS?

  • wow ur horse is faster than the others

  • wow... thats sooo great ...

  • wow that is one fast horses

  • looks soooo fun!!!!..... is there any beach in texas where i can ride horses?

  • wow your horse just caught up with them like nothing!

  • Are you sure that was a gallop? My paint is a rocket pistol when he goes, it's all in the butt muscles, I'm sure those pretties could go even faster :)

i love Clydesdales, they're so beautiful. And this video is so beautiful, all of them moving so lovely like that :)

  • Now that's something to experience!

  • Clydesdales can go fast when they want to and take a lot of people by surprise. That looked like fun

  • @hellybelly6 Those werent Cyldesdales.

  • @JennyandMeghan I believe some of them were.

  • that man should be standing in his light seat position, it must be hurting the horses back :(

  • @Agilitypoodle385 wtf lol, have u seen the size of horse compared to weight of rider!!! lol its not like he was crashing around either. people can sit however they like when they ride, it clearly did not impede his horses movement one bit.

  • @Agilitypoodle385 I completely agree with you, leaning forward is the accepted and prefered way to ride a gallop, but the man looked quite novicey and just as you can sit to the trot, I am sure he was not hurting the back of the clydesdale. For a novice on such a big horse, I think he was very brave. I have certainly seen a lot worse ways to ride a horse than that man,

  • @Agilitypoodle385 I agree with you, a light seat position is the preferred and accepted way of riding a gallop. The man looked a little novicey and I think he is very brave to be on such a large powerful horse at a flat out gallop. Just as it is accepted to do a sitting trot, I do not think this or the gentleman on the horse will be hurting or injuring the horse. I have seen worse riding than that man's.

  • looks soooooooo fun!!!

i want to ride on the beach <3

  • great video,i have to look uo clydsdales jumping over 5 bar gates from a standstill, thankyou for posting ,where was this taken ?

  • i have a shire to and se going verry fast!!!

  • hahaha racing clydesdales! cool

  • Looks like SOOOOO much funnnnn!!!

  • obviously, yours is just a wee bit faster!

  • wow ... looks like a lot of fun! :)

  • Ha, this vid made me smile cos I could just feeeeeel meself on one of these gorgeous dreams; horses are great. I have 2 horses to look after, I just mounted them yesterday, but unfortunately no beach around, just meadows and a lot of crap wood (branches in your face every 20 meters). And a lot of mountain here, I hate going down hills when horsy is a bit fresh.... never got used to a horse going down. Anyway, the video shows you had a GREAT gallop!! :))

  • i was gunna go on that hack but its like £1000

  • that looks sooooooooo fuuuuuuuunn!!!!!

  • wat beach is that??

  • My 1st beach ride was in france, I had never galloped before, and they put me in the advanced group, I was just 11. and in france 'Un canter' means GALLOP AS HARD AS YOU CAN FOOL, I pratically died, I just had to hang on in their till it stoped LOL, I was petrified but then I started to enjoy it :) Gogreous horses

  • I adore heavy horses!! This would be my DREAM ride right there! You can tell just by the sound of their hoof beats how heavy they are lol!

Why the strong bits though? :(

  • What a great video! It gave me goosebumps :) I have only had the opportunity to ride on the beach once..and nothing can compare.

  • Beautiful i have a jet black clydie (clydesdale) called cassie she is my aby and is a real gentle giant i love her to pieces i would give my life for her to be safe

  • Okay - mules can run too - this is my 20 mule team video - but look for videos of mules racing too! But really cool video of those Clydesdales galloping along!

  • WOW. that looks so much fun!

for both riders and horses xD

  • lovely horses!

  • clydstales are beautiful when they run

  • I feel silly for ever doubting that they could do this. Shows what I know!

  • be ok IF you you SEE the horses during the gallop .... way to jumpy to see much at all

  • @TezzaPKS : If YOU can pull it of to sit on a really big horse in full motion at high speed, steering with one hand, hold the camera with your other hand, keep an eye on the other horses, hold your distance, think of a good angle for the view AND film the whole thing steadily, then i will be really impressed by YOU, otherwise it's so easy to commend.

  • i have a clyde called fred he is my world luv ya fred lol

  • i have a clyde called cassie she is my world luv ya cassie lol

  • NICE! Fabulous fimling, its nice to see Clydesdales galloping, it shows just how graceful they ca nbe (for a heavier, mightier breed.) :D LOVED IT!

  • Fun ride. I've seen so many beach gallops filmed - how the heck do you do that? I took a camera along on a walk/trot trail ride and my video is pretty crappy compared to this. Well done.

  • @follepourchevaux You can attach your camera to a holding pole and put a weight on the bottom. It keeps the camera very steady. Maybe the person who did this video did just that but I don't know. This is just what I do.

  • @randomblond92

Thanks - never thought of that.

  • @randomblond92

Thanks - never thought of that.

  • @follepourchevaux Oh your very welcome

  • @follepourchevaux if you ride western (one hand) you can hold the camera close to your body, it stays quite still then. Not sure how you'd keep the camera still in an english saddle and rein i haven't done that before.

  • @follepourchevaux Try attaching the camera to your helmet somehow? xD Or get one of those little cameras you can get for rollercoasters that you wear on your wrist.

  • I Live Right Next To A Beach Getting A Horse Soon Too! :)

Would I Be Able To Use This On A Future Video?

    x

  • Wayhayyyy guys!!! great filming...crap technique but full off atmosphere!!! Go Annie's gang!!

  • sooo fun. i do that everytime i go to wales but how do you manage to film while doing it O.o takes some talent XD

  • aw thats great but omg imagine them wild and stampeding towards you...

  • that seemed to be nice :D

  • Done it! Not on a Clydie though... Clydies are awesome!

  • YEEEHHHHAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Its always been my dream to canter or gallop across the beach... ^_^

    Soooooooo funn!!!

  • i love that..!

  • that looks like so much fun :)

  • i want to gallop on the beach!!! ;O

  • do u need a rider?

    just kidding...
