4 Hits are the highest combo achieved in Street Fighter II isn't it? I use Ken. He's always been the faster more combo effective version of the Shotokan Karate characters. Plus he's got a flaming 3 hit Shoryuken that I love to use.

@IsolationInstigation Nah, some characters can pull off bigger combos than 4. Ryu has a 5 hit, if you don't mind 2 low kicks. Also, Guile is able to really annihilate someone who doesn't get the first hit on him.

These are all really good, but a lot of the techniques are based on your opponent either being a novice or them just standing there. Try doing them against someone like me!

Also, this seems to be the Super NES version, other consoles play slightly different.
