To dystroy the bonk demon train, wait for it to dispense sandvich boxes on either side. Fire your cannons and egnite the salami & chili sandviches. They will explode, knocking off his arse. on the next level up, cannons will fire blue shit at you. Dystroy the bonk lazers to remove his torso. Move up again, and more bonk lazers will massacre you, so go in front and fire heavy's head with tuna sandviches. He will feed on them and soon become so fat he can't move, climb on top and face heavy! :D

They're just as valid a variation on a song as a variation including the BGM, if not more valid, as they allow those listening to be shocked or depressed by how many -- or how few -- notes were hit correctly.

There are several problems with not having the original in the background. The biggest: any slow-fading notes will be cause completely silent sections in the corresponding YTPMV because no one has figured out how to do good reverb in a YTPMV yet. This song is full of reverb and echoes, so not having the original in the background really kills the atmosphere, especially in the first 6 seconds

@TARINunit9 It doesn't kill the atmosphere. Like I said earlier, it lets you pay more attention to the song's structure. The main song is still there -- you just have to listen to more than the top layer of the song to catch and appreciate every little detail.

...that defense is even worse! The main song is more than just the top layer; it's a near flawless integration of fast notes, long, chat-like reverb, and mystic echoes in the background. All the details meshing together. So yes, taking out the reverb and echoes does in fact kill the atmosphere. The song is still there and it's well remixed, but an important piece is missing

And yeah, I AM paying more attention to the structure now that part of it is missing

@TARINunit9 My poor defense is more valid than yours. I've listened to both songs, and there is no significant piece missing. Does it really matter if there's some sort of echo and reverb to it? This variation doesn't symbolize an ancient hero battling a demonic train; it symbolizes a Scout fighting a giant Heavy head taped onto a train. It's supposed to be funny and interesting like any other Bonk variation on a song.

@YouDuck2345 No, your argument. This is a midi-swap. It has literally about 5 minutes of effort put into it. It's not going to sound good, as it isn't really a YTPMV. YTPMV's have to have the sound inserted into them. I know that a good quality bonk song can take like 20 hours to make. Basically, the creator of this video didn't make the song. Someone else rebuilt the song in a midi file and he replaced the notes with bonks. That's why it sounds funky. It wasn't meant for "bonk."
