The camera is located on Westminster, looking west, just before the intersection of Harbor in Santa Ana CA. If the video image was a clear as the Google photo, we would have seen the palm trees.

@halohomer uhmm... this intersection is in california, where intersections and traffic light assemblies make sense. by the way, californias traffic lights are painted dark green, which appear black. over time they fade and you will be able to see the green hue alot better. the backplates might be black, but the signal heads are dark green as a whole.
