Elgar title this piece "Libegrusses" Loves Grace - in honor of his fiance. He wrote this for her as a present in response to her poem written in german. A french promoter (whose name escapes me) changed the name to Salut d'Amour!

Not really, it only feels stiff if I play for a really long time. Most of my weight is leaned on my right shoulder against the guitar.
