It's narrated by William Earl "Bootsy" Collins, the GREAT bass player who rose to prominence with James Brown in the late '60s, and with Parliament-Funkadelic in the '70s.

Yes, Dr. Bannister said that Jimi did NOT have an obstruction of the airways, he had a drowning of the airways and there only 46 mg of blood-alcohol content -- next to nothing. This, plus no ambulance being called right away = FOUL PLAY. When Kathy Etchingham had OD'd some time before, Jimi got her to a hospital right away & got her stomach pumped & saved her life. In Jimi's hour of need on 9/18/70, he was left for dead.

I especially liked that they used a famous musician - "Bootsy" (Funkadelic, Bootsy's Rubber Band) to narrate instead of just some unknown narrator.
I really felt I was getting to hear Jimi's words and feelings through the narration.
