Boxer has submitted a bill to give the UN power over our parental rights. It would give the UN power to assign a person to oversee a child's parenting. They could force a parent to refrain from religious training, they could prosecute for spanking a child.

I agree, however, what part of the Constitution gives the Federal Government the power to limit the pay of employees at publicly traded institutions? What part gives them the power to FORCE citizens to buy a service (like Health Insurance)? It's all about "the nudge" (just ask Cass Sunstein).
