When I became my Miele W435 WPS plus, I had to cut my use of detergent to half. My wife first used the same amount she knew from her former Bosch WFE 8300 electronic, and I had to clean up the bubbles pouring out of the machine.
Yep, I have the Prestige Plus 6 and it makes the same motor noise ccw - it's nothing to worry about. The Miele's washing machines with the brushless motors are over £1000. Though my mum's Miele premier 520 is quiet on both rotations for which that is a brushed motor. Though mine is quiet on spin
My Miele makes the same noise right from the first day! Don`t worry, it`s absolutely normal for the new Miele Washers! You`ve got a nice washer there!!

I do not think this noise is normal. The engine is struggling, when tumbling ccw, at least in my oppinion.

It dosnt look like its struggling at all, sounds much quieter than normal brush motors too, say out of a zanussi for example.

Indeed, that sound is perfectly normal.
All machines I've seen so far (made by Miele) made that noise when rotating ccw... It has got something to do with the engine ;)
Keep on washing, and thumbs up for your washer :) Nice one!!!
