  • @democratsaresmart Are you for real? I think you have a typo in your 'name', shouldn't it be 'somedemocratsaresmartexceptfor me'? Ron Paul is the only person who makes sense in this mess we are living through. Don't be so dumb in your ignorant rant!

  • watch?v=gC6PngiyOhE My personal story, please watch. I'm also here for support for other people when and if needed. I am also promoting this video with my own money. So please enjoy.

I am also going to be on a talk show :)

    Anxiety, depression, panic attacks.

  • Wake up and vote people lets get ron paul in for 2012! I'm tired of these puppet democracies.

  • Obama is a puppet

  • The man who should have been president!

  • Just another puppet of our slithering society !!!

  • Ali Velshi is a moron. Bought and paid for by his bankster owners.

  • God. $4 TRILLION???? do you know how many mouths we could feed in africa, south america, AND 8 million homeless americans?? this is why i dont watch the news. i always cringe and my heart tends to break.

  • @YourOasis97

Do you really think that it helps Africa if we send food down there?

    Wake up!

  • @ThorkilKowalski it'll help with their hunger.

  • @YourOasis97

In the best scenario and in the short run: yes.

More likely: The money or food will go to corruption or be wasted.

In the longer run, I don't think there is much to discuss, though. Sending food to Africa will destroy the agricultural sector and destroy trade. Furthermore it teaches the Africans that you can get something for nothing and that is unhealthy - just look at Denmark's colony, Greenland.

Only capitalism (by that, I mean free trade, free markets) can save Africa.

  • @ThorkilKowalski i never said that was the answer to ALL their problems. of course it isn't. but in the right hands, they can be fed even if short term.

My statement was only meant to say that we have better uses for $4 trillion. That's all. Don't look into it so much.

  • @YourOasis97

"Don't look into it so much".

  • @ThorkilKowalski my statement, yes.

  • Such a common sense approach the goverment there should be more like em.

  • The US Dollar is headed for a train wreck in slow motion. Unfortunately, there's not enough voice and determination like that of Ron Paul in Washington to reverse the trend.

    We're doomed, aren't we?

  • This is how the system works. FR (Federal Reserve) prints money & the govn't gets that money as a debt & circulates, so we use them. Just like any other debt there is a collateral or a guarantee for this debt & in this case the guarantee is taxes. Taxes come from our economical activity, & secure society (it's not about security in ppl's lives, but it's about security to maintain the system). This is the reason why consumption & security are encouraged (or pushed) in our societies by the elites.

  • (cont)

Furthermore, elites in banking & in govn't are often the same ppl. So, the whole system works like a bank makes a credit card for you by making credit out of nothing & give your credit card to a guy who works for the same bank, so he cracks up your credit card, hence you become a debtor. Also, the guy from the same bank tries to make sure the system is operating by beefing up security (police state stuff), going to wars, or giving you drugs or entertainment.

  • (cont)

This guy in this vid asks what's wrong with FR putting a large part of $4 trill into the housing agency to keep the mortgage rate low. This is exactly the same scheme: FR puts the interest rate low, i.e. printing money; note that FR print money when there is a borrower, i.e. FR create demand by low interest rate or some political pressure & then print money, & govn't gets that money ($4 trill), so we the people become more in debt. That's what's wrong with that process.

  • (cont)

How much we owe to China is much small compare to how much we owe to central banks. Remember that.

  • The rich elite have been trying to stop his voice of reason from day one. First by ignoring him and now by trying to make him sound crazy. The 1% who really control this country and who made sure the banks got the bail out (despite no one wanting it) would assassinate Dr Paul if they couldn't control him as President. America is no longer a democracy, we just vote for the next figure head as the real rulers sit in the shadows pulling the politician's strings and count their money.

  • The only wise man in DC!!!

  • Ron Paul is the only one that could save this country. it's run by the shadow government that also trolls the blogs and puts Paul down. Everyone knows the government has paid bloggers on the payroll. Ron Paul has a perfect record. He is not a racist either. GROW UP!

  • I didn't know the Nazis voted down liberty videos lol. Now I know.

  • with all the debt we racked up over the past 2 yrs we could have bought every bad mortgage in America or we could have payed off every single Americans debt.

    Coup d'état: look it up

  • I think we really need to consider legalizing online casino and poker like the UK did, and did it well. I promise it will not corrupt the moral fiber of the US people. In fact I'll bet on it:) if someone would like to have a real constuctive conversaton on the subject, look me up.

  • I would say most libertarians would agree with you. You can't make some one a better person. I don't really see what's so wrong with gambling anyways. You are only hurting yourself if you over do it, and it's not like you can actually stop it from happening.

  • in an alternate universe ron paul is president of the states and the world is going good.

time to make my dimensional gate.

OH WAIT, I'M NOT AN ASTROPHYSICIST. FUCK.

  • lets all listen to ron paul now that shit is going south. he predicted this but all u dumb ass voters are media whores and voted for a president who doesnt know shit

  • ron paul is the fucking shit!

  • This is very strange to see. I'm long time ron paul supporter and I have never seen him getting this much attention from the media. They actually let him talk. What is going on?

  • One of two things. They either miscalculated their plan and are actually listening and having second thoughs OR (and most likely) they had already figure out how to profit from the honest job RP is trying to make.

If I had to bet, I'd go for the second...

  • Comment removed

  • It's because it isn't election time.

  • Why cant we replace Obama with Ron Paul? Obama could of course could help adivse but right now this great wise man is not being listen to. We need to reform our government, the American people need a revolution, we need to bind together and fix this before it is too late.

  • @TheLayla0110

We had a chance, but the GOP didn't give him a chance during the 2008 primaries. Will they shoot themselves in the foot again?

  • @TheLayla0110 Sadly because presidents don't get elected, but rather selected from the bankers who controls the money...Money=Air time on TV

  • Ron Paul shows the press and Obama to be the liars they really are.

  • yea dude vote for women because they are more equal than men!

  • hmmmm....more equal !?

  • 2012

  • Wow he actually let him talk.

  • i know! i was impressed by this anchor's manners towards an interviewee finally. normally these networks cut off their guests ever five seconds

  • Who has caused more suffering in this country: Al-Qaeda or the big banks?

  • The U.S. is like a company that keeps on issuing new shares to cover their poor and wasteful performance. The share price (worth of the US dollar) continues to drop as the number of shares increase and nobody wants to hold the shares including the executives.

  • ABSOLUTELY

  • palin debatind ron paul would be an epic failure for sarah

  • Go Paul!!

  • what Palin gonna promise us next? They can resurrect Jesus?

  • Palin are you kidding. Why Palin she dont know whats she's doing I like her as a person not as a president.

  • fuck yeah, Palin 2012! Tell them sparky!

    jesus .....

  • haha, this is a comical comment. Please enlighten us about why Palin would be a better candidate than Ron Paul.

  • Ron Paul 2012!

  • The bailout $ would have paid every personal credit card and home mortgage to zero in the United States. With $ left over to spare.

End of every argument and conversation, period.

  • By the way i study economics

  • @WKaliber

    Learn economics????

Have you ever even read or thought about economic systems?? What Mr Paul says is absolutly the truth. If Europe or especially China wouldnt borrow the US 4 billion Dollars a day then The US would alreday be destroyed. Do you realize that what the Fed is making priniting money is destroying the damn system. Do you realize that if the Eastern World wouldnt borrow us all their money the US would be Bankrot. Callin Mr Paul a moron is the stupist thing i have ever heard

  • They are spending more money, and bailing out BIG business and these corporation due to the fact that they are about to drop the dollar and America is about to fall

  • what r u talking about? what money? we r 12 trillion in debt! stimulate with what ? we cant afford to get a hard on!!

TODAY! democrats want to borrow 1.9 trillion more!!!!! what does that tell you.

Apparently when you were making Obama shirts you missed the lesson of how companies go bankrupt, which pretty much applies to anyone including governments.

  • the money that the government prints

money is worthless, its just a means of transaction

    learn economics you moron

  • its true what they say about a broken clock being right twice a day, they should also apply it to stupid fucking idiots like yourself.

u r right about printing money but what dont u understand about what Ron Paul is saying? where in economics does it say governments need to stimulate the economy? Governments role in the economy is to make sure every player is playing by the rules NOT become a player you fucking MORON!!

    ,

  • one more thing Mr. Economics, about savings. yes money needs to move around but first u need money saved up to start this process you dip shit!

hey WKaliberr, you need to burn ur diploma and go back to the school demnad ur money back and punch the teacher in his face!!

  • "Money is an abstract term"

What a dumb thing to say. You know nothing about economics. Forcing transactions causes malinvestment leading to recessions. Your ignorance is a problem for America.

  • he should've done the republican response...he's the only real republican

  • but perhaps one day the opportunist will renounce working only for the self... naa humans wouldn't want that.. ur right lol

  • Not Ron Paul's most eloquent of discussions.

  • Ron Paul is a true american hero. He is the closest thing to the founding fathers that we have in poliltics today. He is the only person in D.C. with any kind of common sense at all. All you ron paul haters move to China or Russia where you fucking idoits belong. Better yet just do all the American people a favor and kill yourselves

  • Who was that empty suit interviewing the Doctor? Talk about talking points and empty rhetoric. Ron cuts through the nonsense and speaks truth to power.

  • CNN.

They hire people who will repeat the party talking points, and give no independent thought what so ever.

Empty suit is a very apt label for all of their talking heads.

  • Its pointless to expect anything that make sense coming from Obama. The only solution is to eliminate the government completely.

    Peace:)

  • lol take it from a former anarchist... that will never work... government needs to be limited and controlled (by the people) anarchy will never work until humanity establishes a keen awarness of the spiritual kinship we share with all of life... hehe good luck with that one.. america doesnt give a shit about life or kinship.. not when there are ohh so many dollar bills to be "made"

  • You might be right. But I think there are good arguments to the contrary. You might want to check out the free book "Practical Anarchy" in Freedomainradio(dot)com

  • I'm glad to see that those against "anarchy" are at least treating it like a real idea, instead of knee-jerk "that would be chaos".

Voluntary interaction works, I don't think anyone denies that, so the real problem is making everything voluntary.

Or even, allowing for the "you may be right", just voluntary interaction in as many aspects of life as possible.

I don't shy away from "anarchist" because it stimulates conversation. Really, I just want voluntary interaction.

  • I know. I try to be as polite as I can so that people won't think anarchy is about throwing bombs and breaking windows:) How to make everything voluntary is a very interesting topic. And it is the main concern of Freedomanradio. Politics has certainly been an awful way of bringing about anarchy.

  • get a life.

  • I love how Ron Paul makes everybody that iterviews him shut up and not talk. They are all in awe of his words and know he is RIGHT!

  • I could see the bankers refusing to do what Mr. Paul prescribes until people realize it's not working, and then do what he said, and when people cry out... they will blame their squalor on people like Mr. Paul.

I shudder to think what is going to happen when Ron Paul(or someone like him) wins the presidency in 2012.

    Dark days indeed.

  • takes one to know one

  • What do you have against fags? What do you mean Ron Paul is a fag? You know he is married to a very wonderful woman, her name is Carol Paul, they have been married since 1957, and they have five kids together.

  • @BigJay494

If Ron Paul is a bigger man than you, and you call him a fag, what does that make you?

As a military doctor, he enlisted several times at the risk of being sent to Vietnam.

As a civilian doctor, he delivered more than 4000 babies - that's more than 4000 screaming mothers he had to put up with.

Other than leaving a crater on the surface of the earth with your fat self, what have you done to leave your mark in the world?

  • fuck Obama's state of the Union address...

it's just a rhetorical jerk off fest anyhow.

    I can handle the truth.

  • Ron Paul is the voice of truth and reason! Ron Paul for US President 2012!

  • Someone buy this commentator copies of: Murray Rothbard's "The Case Against the Fed", "What Has Government Done To Our Money" and "The Mystery of Banking", as well as Ludwig Von Mises' "Human Action" for starters.

To even mention that keeping interest rates low as a good thing is to expose one's own economic illiteracy.

  • @jscott2700

    you said it buddy.

  • No need to buy them, they're online gratis at Mises.o rg

  • It is NOT a needless battle to question the leaders of ANY political party.

They may be leaders, but we are NOT just followers, we are NOT just SHEEPLE!

We MUST hold our leaders accountable to LIBERTY first or we will find ourselves following ANOTHER strong LEADER like Hitler, Stalin, MAO or Che.

ALWAYS question because that is the ONLY things that keeps power from corrupting ultimately!

Those who ignore the 10th Amendment MUST be removed from office... NOW!

  • A list of who is ignoring the 10th Amendment 1. Homeland (in)Secuirity 2. F.B.I. 3. NSA 4. DEA 5. BATFE 6. Obama Administration 7. Most govenors 8. CIA 9. 4/5ths of the democratic party. 10. 1/2 of the "republican" party We have alot of work to do my friend!
  • I would suggest that even those few things the Federal Govt does that are actually Constitutional it does badly.

If the 10th Amendment were actually respected, the Civil War would never have happened, nor pretty much anything the Fed has done since.

  • He made CNN look like children questioning their parents budgetary decisions.

  • Ron Paul, should have been president, it's a shame the media wouldn't talk about him during the campaign. I am optimistic that most American's will wake up and start doing the right thing.

  • What makes you optimistic? I have lost all my hope for america at this point. After talking with everyone I could at work and on the streets of downtown greensboro its pretty clear to me that people are never going to give a rats ass about anything until they are powerless to do anything about it. Its really sad how ignorant the average american has become. When talking to peeps the most common thing they would say to me is that they would rather not know what I was telling them.quite pathetic

  • @braineater316 some people just aren't ready to hear the truth.

  • will they ever be?

  • yes they will be.

  • I am optimistic that eventually the people will win this battle, we have to get the right people elected into Congress and the Senate. We have to get Rand Paul and Peter Schiff elected into the senate. The good always prevails over the bad, it's a fierce battle, but the good and the truth will out perform the bad, and the people who have faith and support for their constitution will win the war!

  • Obama campaigned on what he's actually doing, McCain couldn't win on "cutting taxes and eliminating government spending".

    Just saying.

  • No pinochet222,

Obama campaigned that he would remove troops from Iraq, Afghanistan, and close Gitmo. McCain promised more of the McSame Bush policies, which the people were tired of.

Ron Paul has stayed on the same message since the 70's. With Paul, WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get). People voting for Dr. Paul can be assured that he will do as he says - no more, no less.

  • @Robert697

Maybe it wasn't totally clear but I was referring specifically to economic policy.

My point is that it's not politicians somehow "can't resist" spending, but rather they explicitly run campaigns on it, it's their core ideology - THIS needs to be addressed.

Defense spending is,of course, draining the budget like there's no tomorrow - no disagreement there. You could buy every uninsured poor kid a golden "Cadillac healthcare plan" just for a tiny fraction of it.

    /watch?v=hA7W5VAJ_78

  • Awesome Dr.Paul

  • Ali Velshi... lol

    2012!

  • At least they are giving him air time. It used to be that they just ignored and stayed in complete denial. Now they are at least learning something.

  • Oh bloody hell. Throw all those idiots out of Washington and let this guy run the country for crying out loud!!!!

  • I only disagree in that throwing the idiots out of Washington should be the end of it.

Time for the American Empire to fall.

  • So true, Govt is at the end of their run and they know it. Thats why they are spending more money to get it out there to their buddies before it falls.

  • WTF? why is almost every Ron Paul video on the news always have something wrong with the audio or video.

in the house of congress when he talks about auditing the fed, the audio is always very low, has a lot of static and hard to hear.

now in this clip, the audio mutes for a second every few seconds when Ron is speaking.

but never happens when the other person is talking...

    Funny kind of coincidence huh?

  • I cant stand that Ali guy hes a idiot

  • American's should take heed to what Ron Paul is saying.

Only with the total collapse of the US dollar will the American people listen.

  • Only when it becomes personal and when we do hit rock bottom do the American people wake up and listen

  • Total callapse of the dollar, you cannot get any more personal than that.

American's deserve the government they get.

no matter which side of the isle you're on.

If the American people do not heed Ron Paul's warning as to whats coming then

be ready cause effect us all it will on every level.

Shanti towns are popping up everywhere in the USA but you never see it on MSM.

  • Oh come on, the media won't even admit that the collapse of the Dollar is because of government spending!

When the FRN collapses, the govt will simply do the same thing again. The Amero? Who knows.

It's easy for them, they just change the legal tender laws to reference a new word.

And the next fiat currency will follow in the footsteps of every fiat currency that came before it: inflation into worthlessness.

  • Why is this the only person in congress that has any idea about anything that has to do with the economy? Every politian spits rhetoric packaged with wishful thinking that people just swallow with out asking what it is.

Ron Paul bases his arguments on facts and reason, and for some reason, that is the most irrational thing a politician can do.

    Wake the fuck up.

  • How do we get this man in office?!

  • he is in office

  • He leaves the hi-jacked Republican party and becomes a libertarian or independent! Voters won't jump on board with his logical and rational points...what kind of people do you think Americans are?...Smart?? Plzzz...politics is all about appeasing the masses...Ron Paul tells the truth and fails to appease to dumb trolls of our society

  • Yet how refreshing his ideas.

  • atleast he's a true american ;)

  • @dino01 Too old? How old are you?

  • The older the WISER!

  • @dino01 , Everything Obama touches turns everything to shit. At least Ron Paul is trying to do something about your president Mr. Shit.

  • because thats important..

  • What does that have to do with anything?

  • @dino01 Better the sounds of wisdom from age and experience then the sweet sounds of lies and illusions we've had to listen to from others.

    It's the substance that counts.
