Steroids are only needed by the highest level of bodybuilders.

@jagtawar No.........Proteins are not steroids. Steroids are hormonal substances. Yes, some steroids cause emotional changes (commonly called roid rage), but i don't think it is the case with Salman. A pro wrestler Chris Benoit killed his family in roid rage. Salman isn't the case.
Protein supplements are diet components and most of them are good.
Steroids are only needed by the highest level of bodybuilders.

The magazines are paid off to bullshit and create hype. How else would one get innocent college kids to become fans? Pick up a sports magazine , muscle and fitness(aka muscle and fiction) and follow their workouts for an year and post your progress.

@vazirncars Yeah dude. I have been a kickboxing coach and people who train for a week punch a bag better than sallu in this vid. I lift way more than sallu with a better technique. I am a doc with decent knowledge on diet and supplementation, So i wipe my ass with the magazine pages in which bollywood pseudo icons give advice on training or nutrition.
Sallu has dragged thousands to the gym , only to produce weak ass androgynous bicep and ab boys who an embarrassment to people who really train.
