Okt he problem here is your running Vista, to be honest that doesn't help but not to panic, the main problem is your graphic card. It's an express model so its not gonna be that good. I recommend upgrading to a Nvidia 8800GT. Also can you post your processor speed as that will help me help you =]

Meh, the 8800GT isn't that great of an idea. 2x8600GT running in SLI is cheaper and has equivalent performance. I'll recommend you go for that rather than spending extra dollars when you can save it for future upgrades. Your PC will need to be upgraded someday as well since it's pretty weak but not so weak that you can't run games.

Minimum specs are:

512 mb ram

2,4 ghz pentium 4 processor

8,5 gb space on your harddisk

256 mb videocard

and you'll need direct X9

So i think it will work, but only on low detail. I have it on pc and 360 and on my pc i use low detail lvl (i have a intel pentium 4 processor 2,8 ghz and a Nvidia Geforce 7600GS chipset). Also i have the needed ram and space om my harddisk.

game is great. Its kinda like Grand Turismo meets Grand Theft Auto meets The Sims. You can't get out of the car as much like GTA but you can drive any were on the island, and do anything car related like race or buy new ones, fix em up. It has bikes too!

u cant do a top speed run on the runway because its basically gravel. the game designers did not take into concept the idea of people driving on it, so it does not have the 'road graphics' that normal roads do, you see the jets are only ment to be seen from afar thats why the wheels... are square. kick ass vid though ownage skills.
