I'm also watched this video from reading The Spec. I appreciate that newcomer's have a hard time coping with school, work and the English language, however I feel all "students" face the same challenges and it's up to them to make the difference in their lives, and not up the Canadian Government. I believe the Government is doing as much as it can, without raising our already high taxes, for immigrants.
