I really, really don't understand what is wrong with an artist hiding "sex" in a picture. No little kid is gonna read it and understand what it means, because sex is also another word for gender ... the modern way we use it is just a shortening of "sexual intercourse," I.E. two genders "combining."

I don't know whether or not messages such as these are aimed at children or the parents or whether or not these messages are even capable of registering in the subconscious without the conscious knowing however one thing is certain and that is that Disney has long been a major propaganda producer for the US. Subliminal messages work by making minor tweaks to one's thought patterns and behaviors. People don't even realize it so they dismiss it as a hoax or that it doesn't actually work... It may not work on everyone, but it's a very effective tool and im sure lots of people (including me) have been affected by these messages to one degree or another and dont even realize it.

@03chrisv We're honestly no more sex crazed than any other generation. The idea that generations in the past were any more chaste or innocent if a misconception. People were still having about as much sex, they were just less open and safe about it.
One look at bunch of older paintings will show you that artists in the past thought about sex just as much.
