Dude my NXT just randomly started to shoot shoot, puff puff, then not cycle at all making a click, then back to full cycling again and on and on, in random tandems. Would doing this in the video help me figure out the problem? Or is my noid just going to die?
@biggin6655 definitely smells like a solenoid, either that or one of the airway paths is intermittently blocked (a few things can cause this) I'd give the whole bolt assy a clean o-ring change and re-lube, then go for the solenoid. If the problem still persists check the solenoid inserts then the manifold.
@PaintballKid6546 theres no real time to do it. I do mine infrequently (every few months) or if theres a problem with it. I'll be doing it this month for the first time in a while (maybe 2 years) and thats only because i'm lending it out.
Sometimes dirty air fills can leave gunk in there, plus it helps keep your shockewr in tip top condition, I on;y ever do any of mine if theres a problem though
What is my Solenoid ? I have the stock shocker nxt 09.

@m4st3rd4rk It is most likely this one, parker. Check the humphrey video too, you'll notice that they are different in appearance.

hey my shockers bolt moves but no air comes out... what is the prob?? when i push that white button it shoots fine tho why does my shocker do that?

I have a 08 shocker nxt, it has a drop off problem with air leekin above trigger when shooting....what might this be??

A small amount of air is normal, it's just exhaust.
But other than that theres the solenoid insert's, the solenoid manifold or the solenoid itself

They're all guns that were being repaired at the moment. I try to use a different colored makrer for each video to make them all more unique ;)
