Yes the title is "Don't Let Go". The artist is Kellie Coffey. It was played on AMC and at the time on her My Space she said they were going to have it up on Itunes but it hasn't been released yet. I believe it was written especially for AMC. I used the recording from the show to get a copy of it. It is not the complete song.

The song has been posted on Itunes now and they named it "Dream You Here". It is recorded by Kellie Coffey.
