FYI- I own the Micro Galaxian & Chauvet makes a mini laser line too. I thought I'd pick one up to have a similar, but different effect. The Chauvet's are useless because they are about 1/3 the brightness of the ADJ line and don't even reach the dancefloor, let alone the ceiling. Chauvet is usually a good company, I love the 4Bar.. but their l;asers? FAIL

I bought the Micro Galaxian and for 99 beans it was probably the best light fdor the money I have ever spent. This baby will cover an entire gym with light.

For clarification, the Micro Gobo does not do the Micro Galaxian effect. It does static gobos and static dots. The rotation is actually the gobo wheel when it spins from one gobo to the next. If you want the Galaxian effect where the dots move in and out; You will want the Micro Galaxian. I've got the Micro Gobo and do like it. I have a Micro Galaxian on the way, as well as the new RGB Hypnotic Laser.

The GOBO laser is by far the best one out of the 3 laser. it offers the galaxian effect, the star effect and the it has what the other 2 lasers doesnt have "The moon flower and other gobo effects. GOBO all the way. ill pick one up today!!!

I use The Galaxian (much large unit now show in video) and the Micro Gobo. I use them both and mix them up in my shows. Great lights! Customers love them.

The remotes are a great innovation from ADJ and the way to go for your average DJ. Weight and sizes for the effect are awesome, If I had to pick one then the gobo gets the extra kudos from me because it just goes a bit further then the other two.

Twinkling lasers are much easier on the eye and the spread of light is wide. Compared to your average red green beam type laser they are much more usable

I have mine usually switched on for most of the night.

The Gobo seems to encompass both the Galaxian and Star in my opinion so I would buy choose the Gobo.

the gobos and micro star would be great for holiday dances and regular parties. I vote for the Galaxian because not only can it be used for all parties but can be used as a supportive back drop to a personalized gobo as see in Mikey Mikes videos :)

Have you seen the KAM Star Cluster Micro? Its just as small and has 5 in 1 Laser. I think it would of been be cool to put that side by side with the ADJ ones.

I'd alternate between the Galaxian and the Gobo.........i do currently use the Chauvet Storm RGX and love it, but these smaller lasers are cool for smaller events, i'll pick a couple up next month........thanks for the video!
