Nickelback is very limited in terms of lyric and musicianship with poor 2 hand synchronization picking hand discipline, articulation and repeated melodic sequences in the rubbish pentatonic shape like Metallica over no knowledge on the hirojoshi or theory with modern rock (greenday eg), glam bands in late 70s and 80s like Ratt and Crue; the true mainstream artists who just play in popular grounds to appeal to the untaught too stubborn to criticize folk of all ages without idea in music.

Also, it's funny how when a band becomes big all of a sudden the "cool kids" don't like them. It's like if they do they feel they are somehow conforming to society. Very juvenile. My music view were very narrow until about 30. Then I opened up my mind and realized all the good music I had been missing out on.
