i know the intro to this song on guitar. why isn't it on there. and i know the intro to centerfold. that intro isn't on guitar to. why. i know both of them and they arnt charted on for the guitar. that's dumb.
OMG the black guy looks like he is the original voice for this song. FREAKY. did you make this band or is it quickplay or whatever rock band is. cause that black guy seriously looks like he is the original voice
@EasyExpertVillage The 'intro' to In the end is played on Piano, not guitar. You're playing pro guitar, not pro keys. The intro is on keys. The black guy is part of my band. In Rock band 3 you can choose who you want your bandmates to be in quick play. You can even make your own people and put them at whatever position you want if you choose to do so!
So the song is actually in D sharp? You'd actually have to tune the whole guitar down in order for the harmonics to work if you want to play in the correct key. Even in Rock Band the main chord is shown as E, although its D# as heard. Dunno why bands do that, except for the ''versatility''.
But nice play! I actually learn the songs this way now =P
@Mostwantedo LP plays in Drop D. I don't know what harmonix did with the note naming and what not, bla bla bla. I don't pay attention to what the notes or chords are when I'm playing them. Bands drop in tuning to make some things easier to play, and to get that different sound of course.
They are, Rock Band seems to be viewing the notes played as if it were in regular tuning without taking into account that you are a half step down, drop C#
@toolshuggah I'm not sure what you mean. The 5-7-7 progression and 5-7-12 are harmonics. Its actually a higher note, not lower. I hope you don't mean I play the 12th fret by using the 7th, as that was simply a mistake.
What I mean is, the 7 and 12 are switched. Where in the song it plays the higher 12th fret first, in the game you play the 7 first. And then when in the song it goes lower, you play the 12th fret in the game.
0:43 seconds in you play the 7th fret. 0:48 seconds you play the 12th fret, yet the song is playing a lower note. If you're going from 7 to 12, the 12th fretted note should be higher than the 7th.
@toolshuggah I think you misunderstand regular notes from harmonics. If you were playing the frets, yes 12 would be higher than 7, harmonics sound much different.
@toolshuggah Yes those are harmonics not regular notes. Regularly the 12th fret note would sound higher but those particular harmonics sound the way they sound, grab a guitar and try it but remember they're NATURAL HARMONICS not regular notes.
@toolshuggah He's telling the truth bro, and I don't play rock band 3, I play real guitar. 12th fret harmonics are lower than 7th fret harmonics, while 12th fret held down is higher than 7th fret held down. When it comes to harmonics, its different than it is from regular notes.

Can you do a band of all Pro instruments in this game? I wanna know cause that would be challenging, but awesome.

I still wish that Harmonix had put in "Paper Cut" instead of "Waiting for the End" xD

I think the chords are wrong. It says E5, G5, D5, C5 but it's actually Eb5, Gb5, Db5, B5.

ahhh harmonics. Got it.
Yeah, harmonics are strange.
I didn't realize they were harmonic notes. They don't really sound like it, but now I get it.

What? The note on the 12th fret is a lower note, yet you play it from 7 to 12? What is that?
