#1 your hair is beautiful lol Yup..we have to actively participate in the process and for me I can't forever rely on restriction I have to watch what I eat and I keep that in the forefront + I still need to get to goal lol :)) thanks for sharing!
Couldn't say it any better great advice as always Tamika-This is a Continuous Journey and Change of Lifestyle as far as Eating. l've realized this earlier and l am so glad if someone would have ever told me that l would in less than 10 months l would the smallest l have ever been in my life. You said it l follow the rules l was the same way about the eating and drinking and now it's 2nd nature to wait 30 minutes after l eat. Thank You for this video as always
at the same time i allow myself room to induldge n a cocktail more often, a hershey bar, frozen yogurt and whatever else i desire from time to time. I too stick to those rules that i have changed my life and became my life. It still takes work to be aware of WATER, but I just keep plugging away at them and IT daily. always enjoy a tamika video. my life was a big whirlwind after reaching goal and I never really stopped to think about the what next until recently @ 2.8 years post op and 1.5 years at goal. For me (cuz my body allows me to) fitness has became what I use to push myself and get more from #'s. My time decreases, my miles increase, my muscles get bigger, my body fat goes lower, etc. I have changed my food for the better - i eat more calories, higher protein, like i have "really" got this thing
