@kel1981 well the &fmt=18 is a command to youtube, forcing a higher quality video which a bug or glitch doesn't display as available.

as for why it stops the noise, maybe youtube's data compression for the 360p footage messed up the audio, or the original copy had a screwed up audio codec which doesn't compress well if at all, so just bugged out and made that sound.

I'm assuming the higher quality with &fmt=18 is the same quality as the upload, meaning the original codec is in place?
