The prison time for animal abuse (if there even is a prison time involved) should be as big as for the same thing did to a human.The sick abusers end up in prison only when it becomes a scandal.I heard a milion cases when they got away.I heard one man shot 100 dogs and wasn't jailed-That's a life sentence if you ask me,or the chair.

I can't even comprehend how people can even consider harming animals. I saw an episode of Dog Whisperer where Cesar Millan encountered a that was leashed with electric wires. The wire went right through his neck skin. Sadly, not that many laws to defend animal abuse, yet tons to 'solve' retarded people's issues. (i.e. TV courts where people sue each other for $25 cellphone bills.)
