Ok guys I've got an 07 Raptor 700 that's got a 2 bros slip on exhaust & a buddy of mine has an 08 yfz 450r thats stock, we raced at a sand drag & he beat me the 1st couple of times until I got my shifting down then I would beat him by at least 3 four wheeler lengths then we switched (I rode the yfz & he rode the raptor) we lined them up again he he beat me by about the same length.. The yfz's a fantastic atv & i plan on buying one as soon as i pay mine off but I've gotta give the raptor the han

@shakeit995 hey dude my dad has the raptor 700 and i got the 450..now the raptor 700 is faster yes and more powerful yes...but heavier..they both have amazing power and torque...the only difference really is that the 700 doesnt have the wide axel...and its heavier but with more torque and power and speed...the 450 is more for racing...while the 700 is more for like dune riding where power is needed

I got one of 2010 and put a bigbore725 kit and a Rallye kit simular the the Paris Dakar Bikes ... i drive it on amature Rallyes and it kicks a lot of car and bikes asses and its fun to ride.... if you wanna be good on MX tracks drive a real bike not a quad....

The people that own Yamaha's are usually complete assholes and think that every bike made by Yamaha goes +90MPH stock (even though Honda makes the faster 700). With that aside, Yamahas aren't bad ATVs but nothing will be as reliable as a Honda.
