I took some gluten-free bread (glutino) to Ike's (though they usually have some anyway) and they were happy to make me a gluten-free Doctor Popular (with real bacon instead of fakin bacon.) Doc even granted me an exemption on the certificate of authenticity, which is more than the Pope did for celiac-suffering Catholics!
