Tropical Storm Ida- Mississippi River -Buras, LA 11/09/2009

This is normally a boat launch on the river outside the protection levee in Buras, Louisiana.

The area closest to me is just a parking lot with a back-down ramp...none of which is visible or recognizable. Also the river is seriously backing up...I am on the west bank of the river so the right side of my video is south, the way the river normally flows.
