The miraculous headshots that don't kill is simply because the huntsman does maximum 360 damage with full charge and critical (IE headshot). This is enough to kill anything except for overhealed heavies, who will survive with 90 health. My steam profile features a heavy enjoying a Sandvich with an arrow stuck through his eye. It was the result of that.

Well, truth indeed, but the video shows the Scout receiving the C.F.A.H.S. on his head....plus this is a 4 player cooperative attack, so it wouldn't surprise me if the icons come out all wrong.

Still, try it out yourself and see if you get the appropriate icon, it'll feel sweet to accomplish it!!
