Please also include the Customer services i.e, Ticket and Lost Baggage Compensations. I found Qatar Airlines to be the worst in this case. Lots of my colleagues lost there baggage's and in return a very small amount was given only after following them several times.

But in some airlines they also provide the interim relief or amount until the baggage being located.

Especially the ground services and other staff in Qatar offices? lol One of some people I know, he's working with Qatar Airways and he's acting like a criminal lol. Except Cabin Crew, they are really nice but some of them don't have even the look, and they are not skilled at all.

Qatar may not seem like it, but Skytrax, the official awarding body for airlines, gave them the 5* rating, while Emirates only achieved 4*

You cant bribe Skytrax if thats what your suggesting.

Yes Emirates is cheaper on some flights, but it means staying in dubai for up to 6 hours (for the flights i need) which i dont really need after a 8 hour flight...

I haveflown in the eco. class from Lufthansa, ANA, JAL, US airways, Singapore, Thai airways, Air France, Air India, Cathay Pacific, Asiana, Emirates, United, Northwest, Southwest, Delta, KLM, etc... Quatar airways was not only the cheapest for the flight I take often and had the best service, entertainment system, seats, food etc. The Doha airport sucks but in 2012 there will be a new one.
