you make a wow account in subscriptions. after that, you get 3 days to play with, without making a bnet account, when those days have passed and you finally cant log in, you make a bnet account, verify the message you get in your email. and then you merge your wow account into the bnet account you created, then it changes your username, to your email. and your bnet pass will be the same pass you log in to wow. thats it.

Is Adobe Flash Player up to date? What internet browser are you using? When I get to step 4 (I re did it to make sure, like made a new account) I see the button as [Create This Battle,net Account]. If you still cant see it, put your mouse over where it would be and click.. or just hit tab and imagine where it would be next and if its there, just hit enter.

Well... what web browser are you guys using? I use Mozilla Firefox... I don't really know why there isn't a continue button. Do you have DirectX10? Do you have your video drivers up to date? Is there an option you have enabled that blocks it? If you need help on it, send me mail via Youtube and tell me web browser.. what page it's on etc. I can't tell you about it if it isn't detailed! =)
