  • hey wayne can you draw the diagram of your micro arc welding plsssss iwant to make one thanks good job men

  • real cool but how do you wire them up you never showed that part ill look around.

  • RIGHT BY HIS CAR, BY THE GAS TANK HOW SMART lol

  • @davonizdashit The car has no fuel tank, motor or running gear it's a shell and chassis only lol, but I see your side of the coin lol

  • i think i will stick with my pickhill oil cooled welder.it has not cut out yet.. well done on the inventing

  • hey does the mots get hot fast and how many welds can u get from it before giving it a rest ?

  • @KRAYSLiCK999

Hi there they work for about 2 electrodes and then need a 60 second break to cool down if you use the fans, you can also install a self resetting thermal cut-out switch. The better you design your project the cooler you can keep it. hope this helps.

  • @mrwickedwayne68 hey U KNOW the thermal cut-out switch what the microwaves have placed inside of them would THOSE work??

  • I have 8 transformers all different and 8awg but was thinking possibly 6awg. The only reason i haven't put it together is i have no drill bits to make proper base to put the heavies on. Should i start smallest 2 biggest transformers or the other way around? I have this one neon light transformer it has 2 secondaries and one big primary. 2x Bigger thicker primary than my others but i wounder if it's for 240 line? My transformers all different shapes and sizes but overall the same family.

  • Nice one. How many volts on secondarys together?

  • @TheSliekaStyle

Hi there the total secondary voltage if your transformers are in phase should be close to 40V AC as each individual winding produces 1 volt. therefor 20 Reps will give you 20V AC x 2 transformer = 40V AC at the secondary output. High current low voltage.

    Hope this helps.

  • cool but i have a question i have one transformer (800W) does the other transformer also have to be 800W ? please reply!

  • Thanks, no it can be any wattage. higher wattage equals more heat. This will effect the work cycle or time in use slightly. Always cool with fans and install a self reseting thermal cut-out and you laughing.

    Take care

    Wayne.

  • nice

  • @elcabezon82 Cheers mate
