We have all {sinned} did you notice the tense. In case you did not it is Past Tense. YAH now calls us to holiness; he said be ye holy even as I am holy. He commands us to walk as he walked (1John 2:6). How did he walk? Read Hebrew (4:15-16). What is sin? (1John 3:4). Do we have to sin? No. Where will sinners go? (Rev. 21:8); Who are those that will not share that fate? (Rev. 22:14-15).

The only unforgivable sin is blashphemy against the Holy Spirit which is simply the rejection of Jesus Crist. We will sin until we die, however, that does not give anyone a free ticket to live the way they want and in most cases brag about it.
@buffalogut Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is not the rejection of Jesus. It is calling the Spirit, or His Workings, demonic, this is clearly addressed in the context of the scripture.

About the "many sheep have I" scripture...he might just interpret it differently. Not everyone interprets the Bible the same. Just because he's a preacher does not mean he understands every passage 100% or maybe he just received a different meaning from it.
Christianity is a club of the wilfully ignorant. Your Bible is proof of its failure. It fails morally by sanctioning genocide, celebrating infanticide and tolerating slavery. It fails logically with self-contradiction, historical inaccuracies and downright lies. It advocates disbelief in this life as the only one, and promises an afterlife of tedium if you believe it, and torture if you don't. It is threatening and immoral.

The entire 23rd chapter of Matthew and most of Luke 11 are spent calling out sins of the leadership of that day. Also, prophets and sent preachers spent a great deal of time calling out individual sin.
TD Jakes answered that very well. Someone said in another video that Jakes endorses homosexuality. Of course there were no responses aloud to that video. I know Jakes personally and I know for certain that he does not endorse homosexuality. Jakes made a statement that the person making the video did not understand.

We frequently feature Jakes on video nights at the church. I have listened to Jakes for over 30 years. I cannot believe that people actually interpret his comments to support homosexuality. Jake was simply saying that only God could judge where these people end up. Only God knows their hearts.

There is a tendency to declare homosexuality as the worst of all sins. While it is undeniable, biblically speaking, that homosexuality is immoral and unnatural (Romans 1:26-27), in no sense does the Bible describe homosexuality as an unforgivable sin. Homosexuality is a form of idol worshipping. its a religion all on its own. a false doctrine. Jesus was an observant Jew who, like all Jews living under the Old Covenant, was bound by the Mosaic Law. That’s why He often referenced it (e.g. Jesus references the two greatest commandments of the Law in Matthew 22:37, 39). Therefore, if He was asked about homosexuality, He would have cited the Levitical prohibitions (Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13) that unequivocally state homosexual behavior is a sin.

We have all {sinned} did you notice the tense. In case you did not it is Past Tense. YAH now calls us to holiness; he said be ye holy even as I am holy. He commands us to walk as he walked (1John 2:6). How did he walk? Read Hebrew (4:15-16). What is sin? (1John 3:4). Do we have to sin? No. Where will sinners go? (Rev. 21:8); Who are those that will not share that fate? (Rev. 22:14-15).

Jesus came to save us from our sins. not in our sins. We must look to Jesus Christ and Him crucified for victory over the any bondage of sin that we may have. for it is written:
Romans 6:14
For SIN SHALL NOT HAVE DOMINION OVER YOU: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
God gives us the GRACE to live free from the bondage of sin ..therefore if our faith is in the right place..the cross of Jesus Christ, then the sin nature cannot rule us.

tot4god says that "we have NO scripture ever recorded where Jesus pointed out an individual's sins." That's not even remotely true. The entire 23rd chapter of Matthew and most of Luke 11 are spent calling out sins of the leadership of that day. Also, prophets and sent preachers spent a great deal of time calling out individual sin.

TD Jakes answered that very well. Someone said in another video that Jakes endorses homosexuality. Of course there were no responses aloud to that video. I know Jakes personally and I know for certain that he does not endorse homosexuality. Jakes made a statement that the person making the video did not understand.

Jakes didn't bluntly say that he doesn't endorse homosexuality because he needs his MONEY and he will be running off his money if he doesn't smooth it over for his homosexual supporters.The bible says its wrong and if you believe in the word of GOD SAY SO don't leave it universal for everyone to just interpret it how they want to therefore stating to that degree that he thus therefore does endorse homosexuality. @OfTheKnowledge I am sorry that there is a conflict here. I am a white man who has been very envolved in a large church in my area since I was a teenager. My pastor is a big supporter of Jakes. We frequently feature Jakes on video nights at the church. I have listened to Jakes for over 30 years. I cannot believe that people actually interpret his comments to support homosexuality. Jake was simply saying that only God could judge where these people end up. Only God knows their hearts.

@OfTheKnowledge Maam, I do not wish you any disrespect, but I have seen the very message that is in question here and I did not interpret him to say anyone was gay. He was making a comparison that in todays world these relationships would be unusual......and the only thing we have today to compare them to would be gay people. In ancient times some people vowed to serve others and many times a woman would serve a woman. They were not gay and it would seem quite unusual in todays society.

@OfTheKnowledge I have already seen the video you refer to and I did not interpret it that way. He was making a comparison of their unique relationships and said that in todays society many would think they were gay. He did not say they were gay. It bothers me that even people from his own flock misunderstood this. Jakes is an amazing man and I hate it that he has been misunderstood on such a touchy issue. I assure you Jakes does not promote gays.
