their guitars are tuned drop G (GDGCEA) according to wikipedia (i hate to say that),

but i can say this guitars are as low as my bass, so, it may be true

@TractorTheBassist actually they usually tune to either A# (A♯-F-A♯-D♯-G-C) or D (D-G-C-F-A-D) and other than "a horse called golgotha" and a few others they mainly use A#
