@JGFREEMAN94 I do know because i got 2 of them, one with blue led's and other one with red led's. I got one for my laptop and its just blowing air on the bottom of the surface. But these are still very good cooling pads

@NeatGentleman i got it, it works. the wind blows upward. but the down side is theres nothing covering the fans from below so unless its on a hard flat surface (which im sure it will be) you can possibly hit the fans.so no putting it on your lap or bed or anything like that.
