No, it isn't. For a Pokémon exclusive to the DS games to appear in the GBA games by hacking, one must put that Pokémon over the profile of another one. This can be noticed by the Pokémon's cry. If a Naranja Chatot is migrated to Diamond and Pearl, it will turn into a Vigoroth with an interesting moveset.
