  • @SpinnyTheInfant Thanks for the props man.

I tried to post up the rest of the lyrics here, but youtube's acting retarded. I posted 'em all in a 'Box' on my Facebook 'fanpage' instead (which of course I can't link here either, because youtube sucks). Anyway, just find my page on google & you'll find the lyrics there.

  • [VERSE 2]-[PARTIAL]

Please excuse me as I rudely take a pause for oxygen

But now I'm ready to resume my rhythmic style of talking

and my exhalation takes the form of the freshest expression.

It's so fresh, if I eat shit I wouldn't even need a breath mint...

  • You've never heard a MC with the lung capacity of this one

A-B-D-O-M-I-N-A-L the breaths I take are just one

Inhalation which will last for durations, that's unheard of.

I could probably ride this single breath until the verse is up.

You know the same, don't waste your breath, it's my personal slogan.

Physically slim but got lungs the size of Hollywood Hogan's,

and no man can hope to stand toe to toe with abs when it comes to chest expansion. They be tight like shacks, I'll be roomy like mansion

  • Does anyone have the lyrics? I got them up until the 2nd verse. You can't find them anywhere! Please!!!!

  • i love how at 2.37 he has a part from human beatbox by fat boys in the background :D

    abs knows his music.

  • sickkkkkkk

  • worrd

  • This album kicks so much ass, I finally broke down and had to play the entire thing on my show last night.

    praradio(DOT)org

Abs, make sure you get your check from McDonalds, 'cause I've spun that shit twice so far.

  • sooo filthy. nuff said.

  • I definitely dig chali, but gift of gab might be my fav

  • amazing flow:D

  • amazing, there's no one else like abdominal

  • Abdominal Rules maan =D

He should be world popular goddamnit!

Especially when they're together with DJ Format..

    They just rule..

  • abs is the king of b boy mceeing

  • Sorry to unexpectedly break into the conversation, but Abdominal has everything it takes to produce four albums. He absolutely kills every song he records. He's got the rhymes, he's got a flow so smooth is makes my head explode. You can't assume he hasn't gone through a lot of shit in his life as well, possibly more than Jay-Z. The subjects he raps about may be of a less serious nature than Jay-Z's, but he's more than likely very capable of busting out a song like Wu-Tang Clan's "C.R.E.A.M."

  • from the streets doesn't mean that what I write is shit.

  • Back is his shoddy production. He's got the lyrics, the flow and the metaphors. He'd crush JZ and you can't deny that. People are so focused on the music, they don't even listen to what most artist say. So many people are ignorant of that fact, shit ends up rising to the top. Like lil wayne. That nigga straight suck, but his production is so tight and he has so many colabos that it keeps him hot. If people cared about lyrics, they'd see that he's straight shit. Your thought's elleyhaseuh?

  • yeh dude srsly i couldnt agree with you more

i really dont get why jay z is so huge in all seriousness... the only stuff of his i ever really gotten into is RD.. not to say i havent listened to his other stuff TRUST ME iv tried hard to get into the artist who most proclaim king of new york (laughs)

but even on his 'classic' album his lyrics aren't really anything amazing

his flow is great on the album yes and almost every track sounds great i can play it all day...

  • but all he talks about is the hardships of trying to pull himself out of the ghetto

and not in the succinct beautiful nas way but in a really cryptic and convoluted way that you kind of have to be looking for to understand

his flow consists of so many filler words and little sounds or whatever put in there just to make up beats or rhyme how he wants

    in short:

jay Z is not, never was and never will be king of new york

BIG and Big L (RIP) forever

NaS is the greatest rapper alive

    & fuck wayne :P

  • yeah agree jz wont be king, mainly cuz he gotta compete with who u mentioned plus de la soul, run dmc and a tribe called quest as well,

  • im not talking about DOA, or anything overly recent from jayz, sure abdominal can destroy a song or two, but he cant put out 4 albums, he doesnt have anything to say, hes never lived through hardships, he just rhymes really tight, i admit it, hes good. go listen to some old old jay z and see what im talking about. im not saying abdominal isnt good at all, im just saying when you choose compare him to BIG NAME POP RAPPERS, dont choose jayz cause hes better than youve heard obviously.

  • What does living through a hardship have to do with anything? There are a lot of mainstream rappers that haven't lived through any hardships that are making it in the business by claiming they lived the "thug life". The truth comes out, yet they are not discredited by the fans simply because they have skills. Hiphop should be all about talent and the ability to express your thoughts through words. If you can use your life experiences then that's all fine and dandy. But just because I havent come

  • @sigma20xx man abs is waaaaaaaaaay tight, im talkin tight TIGHT!!! but...but...but, he would NOT crush jigga man. thats just stupid talk.

  • @sigma20xx thx man its so true too like fuck all i listen to is what the message is and ppl will be sayin like this is stupid and ill get so pissed and theyll be like i mean the beat is stupid lol

  • Was what it stood for. So instead of it actually being a good song, JZ went for "the fans love me, I'll attack the obvious and they'll like it regardless of how much it sucks". That's all that song was about. Sure he made some good points, but it was just weak overall. I know what good hiphop is. Point me to something that JZ has done and I'll give you my honest criticism on it. I'm not a JZ hater by any means, but you know when some one is consistent and JZ IMO is not. the only thing holding AB

  • Whos better Chali 2na or abdominal? replies please.

  • chali 2na man, no one fucks with that smooth voiced motherfucker, not even this smooth voiced motherfucker

  • chali 2na is the best rapper these days

  • Chail 2na wins

  • Just to squash this little debate...Chali & I are recording a song TOGETHER this Saturday for my new album (and we may just have to call it "Smooth Voiced Motherfuckers"). Peace, Abs.

  • Hah, nice man. Bet it's siiiiiiiiiiiiiick.

  • @Lulzachoo Yeah, came out pretty dope if I do say so myself Lulzachoo. Track's tentatively titled "Balance Both" (sorry all, "SVMotherfuckers" didn't make the cut in the end) and will be on my upcoming album "Sitting Music" (should be out sometime this year). Thanks for the interest, A.

  • @mcabdominal Nice man, can't wait. Sucks that it couldn't be Smooth Voiced Motherfuckers. That would have just made the track rule even more xD

  • @mcabdominal can't believe i only just noticed this comment haha when's the album out? i haven't heard anything/seen the album in stores (possibly because i live in australia and you have to have ears to the ground to catch anything other than aus hip hop)

would be very keen to check it out if it's out though i loved escape from the pigeon hole

  • @CraZhore Not out yet man & no specific date set yet, but aiming for early '11ish. Album's gonna be called "Sitting Music" and I'm doing the whole thing w. my band 'The Obliques' (no DJs/producers involved). Song w. Chali's called "Balance Both" & it came out dope imo!

Thanks for the interest man, A.

  • @mcabdominal - Nice, I'll be looking out for sure! God bless real hip-hop!

  • @mcabdominal - This just made my day. Any release date set yet?

  • @sayneone Refer to my reply to CraZhore sir...

  • @mcabdominal was this track ever made?

  • @dopetransmissions The one w. Chali you mean? If so, yeah...came out pretty dope if I do say so myself! We're just mixing it now. It's called "Balance Both" & will be on my upcoming album, "Sitting Music". Thanks for the interest, A.

  • @mcabdominal I very much look forward to it and your new album. Keep those raps coming.

  • @dopetransmissions Thanks man...will do!

  • @mcabdominal while I have your attentions Abs.....any plans for a UK tour in the near future?

  • @dopetransmissions Yeah man...hopefully will be in the works once the new record drops. See you then, A.

  • @mcabdominal I look forward to it! Come to Cambridge.

  • @dopetransmissions Yeah, don't think I've ever played Cambridge actually. Was supposed to come in '09 to play at the uni as part of Darwin's 200th bday celebration(!), but that never ended up happening.

  • @mcabdominal It's a nice city with a lot of history but gets neglected when it comes to decent artists touring the country. You can come punt down the river like a real tourist.

  • @dopetransmissions Like a regular punter!

  • @mcabdominal Hey Abs, If you do have a UK tour, please play Oxford. Ill deffo come with some mates!

  • @MrSenorDominic Appreciate that sir (had a great time in Oxford when I played there last!).

  • word

  • SO glad this guy is not mainsteam

  • Nah yo, we need a guy like him to go mainstream to light a fire under the asses of the rest of these weak ass rappers like Jay z, kanye, lil wayne, t pain and the rest of the people getting fat and paid off of that bullshit they putting out.

  • why the fuck would you call out jigga? hes a legend. but yeah fuck the rest lolll. adbo has nothing on jz. and will never have anything on jayz. sorry to break it to you.

  • abdo*

  • I'll tell you why. His metaphors are sub par at best and his delivery is week. Most of the time it sounds like he's rapping off beat. Now maybe that's his style, but I personally don't like it. He sounds like silk the shocker if he improved. Now, JZ can flow but he doesn't do it often enough. DOA sounded like shit and you can't deny that. He had a chance to send a powerful message and he fucked it all up. But people still "liked it" because they think they have to like JZ like everyone else does

  • i dont want to argue with you, you dont know anything about hip hop and you proved that to me there. do you expect everyone whos famous to send a powerful message? honestly, the world is cruel, and jayz made himself a successful man in it. not hating on abodominal at all, his skillls are better than most popular BET MTV branded rappers and what not. but jayz is something else bro.

  • Wow, so because I have an opinion, you automatically assume that I don't know anything about hiphop? Why come? As for the powerful message thing, you know like I know that this is that age of the autotuen. JZ was trying to shit on the artist who are guilty of abusing it. I was on board with that. He could have rapped about it in a much better way. when you have something to say, you are supposed to come with it. JZ did not do that and you know it. The only thing that song had going for it is

  • how can he keep so fresh, damn lovin' it. I can't stop bounchin my head!

  • Not sure what that was but it was freaking sweet......

  • 5\5 Sh**!!

  • Yes, just yes, that is all

  • Alright, I'll breathe later. I gotta say though, I wish I could breath now because this here style is a breath a fresh air. Dig this sound man.

  • dude im pissed off this video doesn't have more then 3000 views

  • I'm bopping my head with a smile on this one...Skills to the fullest

  • LARGE up the homie Abs!!!

  • love abs he should be huge but instead a bunch of no talents are makeing millions makes me sad

  • 5* from germany maaaaaaaaaan !!!

  • His voice somehow reminds of a mix off common and del's..

    he's dope tho.

  • word to that

  • I'm Canadian and just heard him today on the radio. I was amazed! thanks for putting this up

  • I wanna see him do this live before i believe it.... Sorry but its easy to give the impression of not taking a breath in a studio......

  • go to one of his shows.

  • most people over here in canada don't know of him either. its sad really
