i know you guys better come fix my machine on monday or im going to make my own vids of whats goes wrong with this printer and why you should or shouldnt buy this contraption... dont let me down i got big money waiting
DO NOT BUY THE DTG VIPER!!! Printer constantly breaks down. White ink clogs, rip software crashes, print quality poor, takes forever to print if you are printing on the highest quality (1440 x 1440) which is the only option if you want the print to look decent. Awful customer service. Check online forums, this printer is a real nightmare. Trust me, I have one. :(
