All men have an obsession with some actress and it's ok... I just wonder, can you see all that was done with surgery to her face? The nose has a couple of operations, her mouth got bigger and bigger since Manon des sources. What I find strange about French actresses/singers/models... is the artificial side (surgery) that they try to hide with the casual look, out of bed hairn no make-up kind of look... from Béart to Carla Bruni, Anne Parillaud etc

Her nose is the same and she definitely hasn't had any surgery to her nose. Noses actually never stop growing and hers, if anything, is slightly longer now, which one would expect after 20 years. The only thing she has tampered with on her face are her lips. She probably has had botox too, but what celebrity over the age of 35 hasn't!?

She is still beautiful now, but was better before her lips were enlarged.

You don't put botox in the lips. Botox is used in the forehead and around the eyes to stop wrinkles forming. She had beautiful lips in Manon, yes, but they are certainly much bigger now! She admitted having collagen in them last year. If you look at them now or in her last few films, they are too big and her mouth looks to wide and pushed forward at the top. It's such a shame, because she doesn't look as good. In 8 Women they were slightly bigger than in Manon and looked lovely.

My French isn't good, but I think gillesletrou says she looks like a duck!? I think she has spoiled herself a bit with the surgery to the mouth, although sometimes it looks better than at other times, which makes me think she has regular top-ups and so it isn't permanent!? She looked amazing in 8 Femme and Natalie and that was after she had the surgery. Now there is too much in her top lip. She still looks great and not a duck, but in her mid 20's she was the most beautiful woman in the world!

I bought a copy of French ELLE last week as she was on the cover, and inside she actually admitted for the first time that she has had surgery on her lips! She says she prefers them now to when she was in her early 20's! Such a shame she is wrong!

Have no idea what she gets injected in her lips but the result is altogether the same. Obvious, ugly and unatural. I don't understand it as she didn't have thin lips to start with.

I think it spoils her face which is a a pity as she looks great at 44...

The last film I saw in which she was cast was "8 women" and I thought that her lips made her look ridiculous. I was drawn to look at those lips and nothing else...

I actually think she looks great in 8 Women. Yes, her lips are fuller than when she made Manon des Sources, but don't look too big! They have looked a lot worse in other films! E.g. L'Egares, L'Enfer (2005 film), Time Regained, History of Marie and Julien. But even so, I preferred her when her lips were natural, and yes they were full enough then. In recent years her mouth is so wide that it takes over her entire face!

Yes, she has been messing around with her lips since about 1995, when she made Nelly et Monsieur Arnaud. Sometimes she has a little in and still looks stunning, e.g. in 8 Women and Natalie, but since then they seem to have got even bigger and a different shape! It makes me weep, because she was the most beautiful woman I have ever seen prior to 1995 and her lips were already full!! There should be a petition to force her to put them back to normal!
