If you don't have a copy of "starting strength", pick one up and you'll see what I mean. On your last couple of reps it looks like you rounded your back. You should have stopped after about rep 17. Other than that, solid.

i just posted a video of me squatting 315 since you mentioned it. i get two with what i think is decent form but i got sidetracked and only started squatting again maybe about a month ago. my 1RMs really depend on how i feel these days 'cause i'm so inconsistent. i have more fun doing 1-arm dumbbell snatches @115 and throwing a 200# sandbag onto my shoulder. i'll post a video if i can get a 250 bag up but i need more sand.

they look a lot like goodmornings a note of advice try pushing more with your hamstrings and glutes and raise your shoulders as fast as your butt (thats really imporant) - otherwise keep it up!!!

@micsimus 225lbs x 20 @ 145 bw is very, very, very IMPRESSIVE dude, not decent!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am 165bw and can do it (ie 225lbs) 5 times and 205lbs 10 times with 3 reps, but 185lbs 5 sets of more or less10 reps.

ur prolly stronger and more informed now,but athletic shoes would help,and it is unnesesary for you to be squating that deep.your legs should be at a 90 degree angle so your upper legs should be parrallell to the ground.nice work though

Awesome job. I wish I could get 20 out at 225 and I weight about 180! I'm jealous as hell lol. You look to have a high bar position, have you tried squatting low bar? I find I can get more low bar. Excellent determination too, pushed yourself right to the end! Keep going!

i just posted a video of me squatting 315 since you mentioned it. i get two with what i think is decent form but i got sidetracked and only started squatting again maybe about a month ago. my 1RMs really depend on how i feel these days 'cause i'm so inconsistent. i have more fun doing 1-arm dumbbell snatches @115 and throwing a 200# sandbag onto my shoulder. i'll post a video if i can get a 250 bag up but i need more sand.

great set, great form, and great determination. i think i am going to star doing 20 rep squats, the heavy atg suatting is really gettying to my joints. i think ill just do below aprralelo 20 reps. i think ill try 210x20 next workout. my best sets are 220x15 and 235x13
