@jobaecker you could probably paste in code, but no guarantee it will work.
As far as the size, Facebook changes it every 6 months at a minimum. I use a tool called MeasureIt to figure out sizes of things in my browser.

Great video, but what if you don't know how to write HTML Code? Can you paste in code from a WYSIWYG website creator? How do you know what size to create your "page" to fit into the FB frame?
