The song is about a cell phone that won't work and a husband and wife can't hear each other, but then it is also about the man trying to talk to God and he realizes that he has done things in his life that has separated him from God. So he cries out to God for forgiveness and then God hears his prayer.The actual video will also help in understanding the song. Thanks for your comment.
