yes that is slash from velvet revolver , this was his old band and the heart and soul of guns n roses but they kept arguing and broke up and he went to VR,, but in my opinion this guns n roses is wayyy better years ago. they are pretty crappy today , and its sad to see axl still tryin, guns n roses is nothing without axl and slash together ! love you GNR <3
