when a team lost,dun only blame on players, but also the coach and the management.the coach do not have leadership and thats why the players dun have discipline.discipline is very impt in a football team.singapore footballers dun really play for the country but instead for the salary,i couldnt blame them bec people dun want to invest in singapore football.u can buy all sorts of foreign best player and make them citizen .if u cant give them the salary compare to their value,they will leave.

singapore thailand and vietnam are still very good. Indonesia is the team to watch out. Philipines.. i am doubting them. Despite the fact that philipinos got all loud and bragging on the game with Vietnam, I still think their future is nothing. Why cause they dont have the receiving generations aka young teams such as U16, U19,U21 to continue on the momentum. They dont have a strong program for youth development of the game which is the thing this country has never done for the last 15 years.
