Well, you replaced trailed machines pulled with 275hp tractors with 700hp self propelled. I am not stupid, S-P wins hands down. But, if you put 500hp tractor in front of 1355 and compare with 500hp S-P, my bet goes on 1355.
We tried a 8530 on one and it was the tractor that gave up not the chopper massive respect for the 1355 but it was running costs at the end of the day that did it for us shame really the two choppers looked really impressive
This is a case 9370. I understand it is about 370 PTO hp. It is a standard model, no powershift. I think we were travelling about 4.2 MPH. Sorry about the jumpiness, I was trying to show the stopwatch in the video (which is my cell phone), and It was hard to keep the camera still.
Great! Look for comparison, search for "Moover - Top grass" on youtube, there is a timed load of a comparable forage box at 4:30, The chopper is a Claas Jaguar 900 around 800hp. The more you put power in front of a 1355 the faster is gonna chop.
We are based in Westlock, Alberta, Canada. I definitly agree they are the best trailed machine on the market. I think they are better than self-propelleds also because they are so much simpler and more efficient. Thank you for your comment. -Mitch-

It's a wonderfull idea to have a trailer with mesh around the top. You can actually see where the grass is going, rather than having to guess.
And I'd take a trailed chopper over a self-propelled any day, with these you don't have to turn your head back and forth every couple of seconds.
