This being a semantic issue as expresses by Shannon and Weaver. im sure alexander G Bell and half of the first year of my elementry school class of 92' would agree with this as well.
I'm sorry, the comment was a reply to chasg22, not to you. Obviously this is misunderstanding in communication, yeah, semantic issue. It's a very narrow video, I agree with your first comment. Your second was unnecessary, and although I know it's not an amazing video, I don't think it's elementary school material.

If alexander G Bell didnt come up with the telephone then networks wouldnt exsist duh...and no I didnt go to elementry school I'm scottish I went to Secondary School and BTW I do have a Deegree in Electronics and guess what my specialised subject is oh yes thats right Communications so whos the asshole now

I wonder where bell comes into this... ha, but do you know how to read mate? This is a SCHOOL PROJECT where I HAD to explain the OSI model to people OUTSIDE THE FIELD. If you were in the field, why would you need an explanation? This is very basic and one of the first things you learn.

I know, I know, it's extremely basic but it does follow the general framework. Using a computer document would probably have been better but it's harder to physically show what happens to the data at each step (required; it was a school project). Yes using fish is lame... but they're easy to film, have a taxonomy (or format), and a description of them on paper is easy to be "packaged up" in layers 2 & 3 (representing src/dest MAC & IP addresses head/trlr). Using fish is redundant? How?
can u explain it more on technical.. it makes your point clear..
