@BuddLightbrain Actually Martha Wash sued.. her voice was used for everybody everybody, another hit off Dreamland and CC Music Factory Everybody Dance now.. Loleatta was credited for once version of Love Sensation and they morphed it into Right on Time.. or Bright on Time depending what release you are looking at... Love Sensation was too recognizable for them not to give her some credit... But I am pretty sure Martha Wash is the one that sued.. and won and set it for others

I met Loleatta in Pittsburgh PA at the old 2001 Club in 1978. I saw her sing "Love Sensation" and more at 2001 Disco next to the now gone Three Rivers Stadium. She was one of a Kind. A Disco Diva Legend has died.
