There are many kit manufacturers, New Balance/Warrior is just one of many. Any club would accept twice as much sponsorship from another kit manufacturer. Furthermore Adidas did bid for the new contract. Unfortunately, Warrior outbid them.
While I preferred the HKS design best, I would be satisfied with any stadium, new or redeveloped, which brought seating capacity up to 60k plus. For far too long LFC have had to settle for far too little match day revenues.
@AlTheRedd no, its just you said that adidas were annoyed that liverpool had signed a new contract with warrior, where really they weren't, it was them that refused to renew the contract in the first place.
i dont like both... make something big but not modern, like camp nou its huge but not very modern from the outside... it is what we're used to.. I like the kit though, reminds me of the days when Kenny was walking on the pitch
@8u11etpr00f nothing to do with results, Liverpool's shirts are in the top 5 most popular shirts sold in the world. ADIDAS doesn't care about results, just sales. Don't believe their spin. They bluffed, Liverpool called
Not so sure on the kit designs, they are too historic for my liking. I say historic, the red, white, yellow idea reminds me of a Candy paints sponsored kit back in the day. As for the stadium, the second one looks like Anfield more, which is a good thing, the one they are going to build looks too much like any other typical stadium now-a-days, and looks a little too much like the Wembley arch.
The first stadion is the old design Rick Parry & Co came up with back in 2000. The second stadium was the design Tom Hicks & Gillett's architects came up with. Although I love how the second design is focused on the Kop, shaping that end like a megaphone against the opponent's supporters, the design by Parry & Co isn't too bad either. A new stadium will help the club forward which is the most important thing. But I understand ppl that have a tight bond to Anfield not wanting a build a new one.
Just expand on anfeild please :'(

@braderz3310 I said adidas were annoyed didn't I?
My facts were never wrong, I just thought the adidas side was irrelevant.

adidas didn't get annoyed, they dropped us because we were not achieving acceptable results for an adidas sponsered team.
