god i remember when i bought this for the PS2. It's so freakin pressure sensitive if you move less than a millimeter it detects it and sonic turns. And Drifting took a shit and a half to just do and so long to master. But I loved when you boosted off and everything turned to elevator music. Dun, Dun, (boom) Dun Da.... But if they remade the 360 version and PS3 version for Wii and PS2 I'd get that because you can actually see what you're passing. On 360 and Ps3 you can barely see shit.

it's funny how the ps2 version of this game still looks better than the abysmal 2006 sonic game for ps3/360.

obviously, the ps3/360 version of sonic unleashed looks a lot better than this though, but the framerate seems good in this version, which is pretty important for a fast paced game like this.

This game is awesome, regardless on what system it's for. Good way to pass time. It's $10 at Wal-Mart for the fallowing version's: PS2, PS3, and Wii.

This is the best Ps2 game of Sonic in graphics, in gameplay is good, obviously 360 and ps3 are the best of all.

consider this a short review on the ps2 version:

the daytime parts don't look as fun as the ones on ps3 and 360, too spaced out with hardly any objects and its easy with less enemies. also the knock-back thing and the whole idea of having bars instead of a gauge when using boost looks kinda discouraging. but the werehog parts are an improvement, definatly, like the map and level design and the fact that each enemy doesn't take over 10 seconds to defeat. that little puzzle looked interesting.

well it does have light dash but on that spin dash, sonic doesn't stop & just do it. to make him rush in it, press circle to make a sonic boost & then if u are still in sonic boost, try to step on that speed thing then u will rush in a spin dash.
